عنوان فارسی بررسی حضور توصیفگرهای MeSH در مقالات مجلات ایرانی دندانپزشکی به زبان لاتین و نمایه شده در PubMed
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی سطح دانش مولفان دندانپزشکی در استفاده از ابزار نمایه‏سازی MeSH در تحقیقات خود، به مقایسه کلیدواژه‏های مقالات منتشر شده در مجلات دندانپزشکی ایرانی نمایه شده درPubMed پرداخته است. مواد و روش ‏ها: این مطالعه توصیفی و از نوع کاربردی بود. در مجموع 1091 کلیدواژه از 239 مقاله پژوهشی منتشر شده در 20 شماره 5 مجله لاتین دندانپزشکی ایرانی نمایه شده در PubMed در سال 2016 با توصیفگرهای MeSH مطابقت داده شدند. کلیدواژه‏ها بر اساس میزان انطباق در سه گروه انطباق دقیق، انطباق نسبی و نامنطبق طبقه بندی شدند. یافته‏ ها: 483 کلیدواژه (3/44 درصد) انطباق دقیق، 153 کلیدواژه (14 درصد) انطباق نسبی و 455 کلیدواژه (7/41 درصد) نامنطبق با توصیفگرهای MeSH بودند. سه کلیدواژه، Cone-Beam Computed Tomography،Scanning Electron Microscopy و Mineral Trioxide Aggregate به ترتیب در صدر پرتکرارترین کلیدواژه‏های انطباق دقیق، انطباق نسبی و نامنطبق مورد استفاده توسط نویسندگان قرار داشتند. نتیجه ‏گیری: مقالات در همه مجلات مورد بررسی بجز Journal of Dentistry of Tehran University of Medical Sciences به دلیل عدم تبحر نویسندگان در استفاده از MeSH برای انتخاب کلیدواژه، با خطر عدم بازیابی و عدم مشاهده در نتایج جستجوی محققان قرار دارند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: This study aimed to identify the level of knowledge of dental authors regarding the use of MeSH indexing tools in research by comparing the keywords of the articles published in Iranian dental journals indexed in PubMed. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive and applied study, a total of 1,091 keywords in 239 research articles published in 20 issues of 5 Iranian dental Latin journals indexed in PubMed in 2016 were matched with MeSH descriptors. The keywords were classified according to the degree of compliance in three groups of exact compliance, relative compliance, and noncompliance. Results: According to the results, 483 (44.3%), 153 (14%), and 455 (41.7%) keywords had exact compliance, relative compliance, and non-compliance with MeSH descriptors, respectively. The three keywords, namely Cone-Beam Computed Tomography, Scanning Electron Microscopy, and Mineral Trioxide Aggregate, were among the top most frequent keywords with exact compliance, relative compliance, and noncompliance with MeSH descriptors, respectively. Conclusion: The articles in all the reviewed journals, with the exception of the Journal of Dentistry of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, were prone to the risk of nonretrieval and anonymity due to the inefficiency of researchers in using MeSH for keyword selection.
