عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط بین توانمندیهای پردازش حسی کودکان پیش دبستانی با اضطراب و همکاری آنها در مراجعه کنندگان به دانشکده دندانپزشکی مشهد
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مشکلات پردازش حسی می‌تواند روی تکامل اجتماعی، شناختی، حسی حرکتی و نیز سطح هیجانات اثر گذاشته و منجر به مشکلات رفتاری در کودکان گردد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین توانایی‌های پردازش حسی با اضطراب و همکاری کودکان پیش دبستانی در دندانپزشکی بود. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، 101 بیمار 4 تا 6 ساله ( 52 دختر و 49 پسر) با روش نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب شدند. جهت ارزیابی مشکلات پردازش حسی کودکان از پرسشنامه‌ی نیمرخ حسی استفاده شد و سطح اضطراب و همکاری آنان در مراحل تزریق و تراش حفره با شاخص‌هایVenham Clinical Anxiety Scale (VCAS) و Venham Clinical Cooperation Scale (VCCS) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. آزمون‌های آماری شامل من ویتنی ، کروسکال والیس و ضریب  همبستگی اسپیرمن توسط نرم افزار SPSS  انجام شد. یافته‌ها:بین پردازش شنیداری با سطح اضطراب و همکاری نمونه ها در مرحله‌ی تزریق و تراش ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت (P< 0.05). یافته‌ها نشان دادند که سطوح بالاتر پردازش حس دهانی با عدم همکاری در مرحله‌ی تراش رابطه‌ی معنی داری داشت (P=0.008). بین پردازش حسی مرتبط با تحمل و استقامت با سطح اضطراب و همکاری نمونه ها در مرحله‌ی تزریق ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت (P< 0.05).  نتیجه گیری:ارزیابی توانمندیهای پردازش حواس دهانی، تحمل و استقامت و شنیداری با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ی نیمرخ حسی میتواند در پیش گویی سطح همکاری و اضطراب دندانپزشکی در کودکان کمک کننده باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of the Correlation between Sensory Processing Abilities and Anxiety with Cooperation of Preschool Children Referred To Mashhad Dental School
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Sensory processing problems can affect social, cognitive, sensorimotor development, and emotional level leading to behavioral difficulties in children. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sensory processing abilities and anxiety with the cooperation of preschool children in dentistry. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 101 patients within the age range of 4-6 years (52 females and 49 males) were selected using convenience sampling. Sensory profile questionnaire was used to evaluate sensory processing problems. Moreover, children's anxiety and cooperation during injection and drilling procedures evaluated by Venham Clinical Anxiety Scale and Venham Clinical Cooperation Scale, respectively. The data were analyzed in SPSS Software (Version.18) through the Kruskal-Wallis test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. Results: According to the results, a significant relationship was observed between auditory processing and children's anxiety with cooperation during injection and drilling procedures (P< 0.05). In addition, the results showed that higher levels of oral processing were correlated with non-cooperation during drilling (P=0.008). There was also a significant relationship between children's sensory processing related to tolerance/endurance and anxiety with cooperation during injection (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The evaluation of oral, endurance, and auditory sensory processing abilities using the sensory profile questionnaire can be helpful in the prediction of dental anxiety and level of cooperation in children.
