عنوان فارسی بازنگری آرایه شناسی چهار گونه توصیف شده از جنس Alburnoides با استفاده از ویژگی‌های ریخت ‌شناختی
چکیده فارسی مقاله در پاییز سال 1392 مطالعه‌ای با هدف بازنگری آرایه شناسی توصیف چهار گونه از جنس آلبرنویید با استفاده از صفات ریختی انجام شد. به این منظور نمونه های Alburnoides eichwaldii از رودخانه سیاه‌رود، نمونه های Alburnoides idignensis و Alburnoides nicolausi از محل تیپ ارائه شده توسط Bogutskaya و Coad (2009) و نمونه Alburnoides namaki از رودخانه قره چای (حوزه آبریز نمک) به وسیله الکتروشوکر صید شد. 33 صفت ریخت‌سنجی مطلق به وسیله کولیس دیجیتال اندازه‌گیری و پنج صفت شمارشی به وسیله لوپ چشمی شمرده و 24 صفت ریخت سنجی نسبی با تقسیم صفات ریخت سنجی مطلق بر طول استاندارد و طول سر محاسبه شد. صفات ریخت‌سنجی مطلق قبل از تجزیه‌ و تحلیل به جهت کاهش خطای حاصل از اندازه ناهمسان نمونه ها به وسیله فرمول Beacham (1985) استاندارد شدند. جهت اعتبارسنجی ریختی بین چهار گونه ذکر شده، صفات ریخت سنجی‌ مطلق استاندارد شده، ریخت‌سنجی ‌نسبی و شمارشی به دست آمده، تحت تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی (PCA)، متغیرهای کانونی (MANOVA/CVA) و تجزیه خوشه ای (Cluster) قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده هم‌پوشانی بسیار بالایی در صفات ریخت شناختی گونه های مورد مطالعه دیده شد و تقریباً تفکیک سه گونه A. namaki، A. idignensis و A. nicolausi به وسیله کلید شناسایی ارائه شده توسط Bogutskaya و Coad (2009) به دلیل هم‌پوشانی بسیار بالا در اغلب صفات مورد مطالعه غیرممکن بود.

عنوان انگلیسی A review of morphological character in four described species from Alburnoids
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In the autumn 2012, a study in order to evalute the accuracy of describe four species from Alburnoides was done using morphological characters. The samples from three speices including Alburnoidesnamaki, Alburnoidesidignensis and Alburnoidesnicolasi caught by electrofishing from type locality that reported by Bogutskaya and Coad, 2009 and also, the samples of Alburnoideseichwaldiiwas caught from SiahroodRiver.Thirty three morphometric and five meristic characters were analysed. Morphologicalcharacteristics were standardized before statistical analysis to reduce the error ofthe allometricgrowth. In order to evaluate of morphometric variation between the mentioned populations, the morphometric and meristic characters and relative morphometric were analyzed by PCA and MANOVA/CVA methods. Our results showed a high coverage of morphometric characters in the mentioned populations and approximately these populations were not in separate site. Also, due to highe coverage in these populations, this seem that the separation of three populations in gharechay, Bidsorkh and noorabad that before described by Coad and Bogutskaya (2009) as A. namaki, A. idignensisand A. nicolausiis not possible.
