عنوان فارسی تنوع زیستی، تراکم و فراوانی جمعیت روتیفرهای استخرهای پرورش ماهیان گرم آبی منطقه گنبدکاووس (شرق استان گلستان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از انجام این تحقیق مطالعه جمعیت روتیفرهای استخرهای پرورش ماهیان گرم آبی شرق استان گلستان، منطقه گنبدکاووس می باشد. نمونه برداری به صورت ماهانه طی یک دوره پرورشی از خرداد تا آبان ماه سال 1390 صورت گرفت. در مجموع 8 جنس مختلف مورد شناسایی و شمارش قرار گرفت. طبق نتایج به دست آمده جنس‌های Brachionus sp.، Asplanchna sp.، Philodina sp.، Rotaria sp.، Adineta sp.، Polyarthra sp.، Gastropus sp. و Keratella sp. به ترتیب با 6/73، 6/7، 3/5، 2/5، 4/4، 3/1، 3/1 و 3/1 درصد دارای بیشترین و کمترین درصد فراوانی بودند. لگاریتم میانگین تراکم روتیفرها در بین استخرهای مختلف اختلاف معنی داری نداشت (05/0P). به طوری که در ماه‌های خرداد و شهریور و فصل‌های بهار و پاییز به ترتیب دارای بیشترین و کمترین تراکم بودند. همچنین بین تراکم جمعیت روتیفرها با فاکتورهای فیزیکوشیمیایی آب همبستگی معنی داری مشاهده نگردید (05/0

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of this study was survey of Rotifers community of warm water fish ponds in Gonbade Kavous region at east of Golestan Province. Samplings were done monthly during one culture period from June to November 2011. Finally, 8 genuses were identified and recorded. The results show that the highest and lowest frequency percent of genus belongs to Brachionus sp, Asplanchna sp, Philodina sp, Rotaria sp, Adineta sp, Polyarthra sp, Gastropus sp and Keratella sp with 73.6, 7.6, 5.3, 5.2, 4.4, 1.3, 1.3 and 1.3 % respectively. Logarithm mean of rotifer density had no significant differences between different ponds (P>0.05) but this value was significant differences between different months and seasons (P< 0.05). So, that the highest and lowest density belongs to June and September months. But, spring and fall seasons had highest and lowest density. The analysis between Rotifers community and water physico-chemical parameters shows no significant correlation. The results show that Rotifers community of fish ponds affected by pond trophy, climate condition and culture fishes.
