عنوان فارسی کیتین و کیتوسان: ساختار، خصوصیات و کاربردها
چکیده فارسی مقاله کیتین و کیتوسان به عنوان فراوان‌ترین آمینو پلی‌ساکاریدها در طبیعت، دارای خصوصیاتی از جمله سازگاری زیستی بالا، سمیت پایین، زیست تخریب‌پذیری و خواص ضد‌میکروبی قابل قبول هستند. این خصوصیات منحصر به فرد، موجب شد تا کیتین و کیتوسان توجه زیادی را نه تنها از نظر فراوانی در منابع طبیعی بلکه به دلیل پتانسیل بالا، جهت تهیه مواد کاربردی، به طرف خود معطوف کنند. پیشرفت‌های گسترده ای در بهبود خواص آنها به منظور استفاده در مهندسی بافت، ترمیم زخمها و سیستم‌های انتقال و رهایش دارو حاصل شده است. این مقاله تلاش می کند که یک چشم‌انداز کلی از خصوصیات و کاربردهای صنعتی و پزشکی این بیوپلیمرها را نشان دهد.

عنوان انگلیسی Chitin and Chitosan: Structure, Properties and Applications
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Chitin and chitosan are the most abundant natural amino polysaccharide that are non-toxic, biodegradable and biocompatible. They have become of great interest not only as an underutilized resource, but also as a new functional material of high potential in various fields. They are biopolymers having immense structural possibilities for chemical and mechanical modifications to generate novel properties, functions and applications especially in various industrial and biomedical fields. In the last decade, chitin and chitosan derivatives have garnered significant interest in the biomedical and biopharmaceutical research fields with applications as biomaterials for tissue engineering and wound healing and as excipients for drug delivery.This review will focus on the structure, properties and applications of chitin and chitosan with particular emphasis on their uses as materials for industrial and biomedical applications.
