عنوان فارسی شناسایی مهمترین مؤلفه ها و شاخص های خلاقیت و نوآوری دفاعی در ارتش ج.ا.ایران با الهام از منابع دینی و رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله نوآوری دفاعی مجموعه­ ای از مفاهیم فناورانه، رهنامه­ ای و عملیاتی است که سعی در افزایش اثربخشی نظامی دارد و دربرگیرنده توانمندی­ ها و فعالیت­ های پایه­ ای یک سازمان است. ارتباط میان این ‌توانمندی­ ها و ‌برنامه­ های نظامی به­ منظور مقابله با چالش ­های جدید و تنظیم و تعدیل مأموریت­­ های سازمان براساس توانمندی­ های جدید است. با توجه به این موضوع، هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی مهم­ ترین مؤلفه­ ها و شاخص ­های خلاقیت و نوآوری دفاعی در ارتش ج.ا.ایران با الهام از منابع دینی و رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله­ العالی) می­ باشد. ﻣﺎﻫﻴﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ از ﻧﻮع اﻛﺘﺸﺎﻓﻲ و ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی دﺳﺘﺎورد ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، در گام نخست، استفاده از منابع دینی و اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارک ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺨﻨﺮاﻧﻲهای مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله­ العالی) و در گام دوم، تعداد 112 نفر از فرماندهان و خبرگان ارتش ج.ا.ایران می­ باشند. همچنین حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 86 نفر محاسبه گردید. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﺮای گردآوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ابزارهای اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارک و ﭘﺮسشنامه­ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه و از روش­ﻫﺎی ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ­ای و ﻣﻴﺪاﻧﻲ، داده­ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز ﮔﺮدآوری ﺷﺪه­ اﻧﺪ. با بررسی منابع دینی و تعداد 109 سخنرانی مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله ­العالی)، از طریق روش تحلیل محتوا 64 شاخص و 10 مؤلفه استخراج شد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ­دﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ مهم­ ترین مؤلفه ­های خلاقیت و نوآوری دفاعی در ارﺗﺶ در ﺑﺮﮔﻴﺮﻧﺪه جرئت علمی، روحیه نظامی‌گری و تفکر بسیجی، مدیریت دانش، مدیریت نوآوری، مدیریت نخبگان، سازمان یادگیرنده، تحقیق و توسعه، تولید علم، تعبد و دین­ باوری، توکل و اعتماد به خدا می­ باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification of the Most Important Components and Indicators of Creativity and Defensive Innovation in the Army of Islamic Republic of Iran Inspired by Religious Sources and Guidance from the Supreme Leader
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Defensive innovation is a set of technological, procedural, and operational concepts that seek to increase military effectiveness and include the core capabilities and activities of an organization. The connection between these capabilities and military plans is to tackle the new challenges and to adjust the organization's missions based on the new capabilities. Regarding this issue, the aim of this research is to identify the most important components and indicators of defense innovation and creativity in the Army of Islamic Republic of Iran inspired by the religious resources and the guidance of the Supreme Leader. The nature of the research is exploratory and regarding the achievement of the research it is an applied study. The statistical population of the research, in the first step, is the use of religious resources and documents related to the speeches of the Supreme Leader, and in the second step, 112 commanders and experts of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, the sample size was 86 according to the Cochran formula. In this research, documents and leaflets and questionnaires were used for collecting information and the required data were collected using library and field methods. By studying the religious sources and 109 lectures given by the Supreme Leader, 64 indicators and 10 components were extracted through using content analysis method. The results of the research show that the most important components of the defensive innovation and creativity in the military include science courage, militarism  morale and Basiji thinking, knowledge management, innovation management, elite management, learning organization, research and development, science production , worship and faith, trust and belief in God.
