عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر توسعه مالی بر انتشار دی اکسید کربن در بخش کشاورزی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله بررسی تاثیر توسعه مالی بر انتشار دی‏اکسیدکربن در بخش کشاورزی ایران     *سمیه امیرتیموری   * استادیار گروه اقتصاد کشاورزی، دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان، ایران   (تاریخ دریافت: 26/01/1396؛ تاریخ تصویب: 09/07/1397)     چکیده امروزه انتشار گازهای گلخانه‏ای، علی‏الخصوص دی‏اکسیدکربن، یکی از چالش‏های اصلی جهان است. بخش کشاورزی یکی از بخش‏های مهم اقتصاد ایران و انتشاردهنده این گاز است. از آن‏جایی‏که بخش مالی، نقش مرکزی در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی دارد. بنابراین، در این مطالعه، رابطه میان انتشار دی‏اکسیدکربن با شاخص توسعه مالی در بخش کشاورزی ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. متغیرهای شاخص توسعه مالی، تولید ناخالص داخلی (رشد بخش کشاورزی)، توان دوم تولید ناخالص داخلی، مصرف انرژی در بخش کشاورزی، سطح اراضی تحت آبیاری‏های نوین به‏عنوان متغیرهای مستقل و میزان انتشار دی‏اکسیدکربن از بخش کشاورزی به‏عنوان متغیر وابسته در نظر گرفته شد. بدین منظور از روش خودرگرسیون برداری (VAR) و داده‌های سالانه 92-1360 استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون هم‏انباشتگی جوهانسن- جوسلیوس نشان داد که یک رابطه بلندمدت بین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. نتایج مدل تصحیح خطای برداری نیز نشان داد که در کوتاه‏مدت، شاخص توسعه مالی اثر معناداری بر انتشار دی‏اکسیدکربن در بخش کشاورزی ایران داشته و براساس یافته‏های مطالعه، افزایش مصرف انرژی، توسعه مالی و رشد اقتصادی سبب افزایش انتشار دی‏اکسیدکربن و پیشرفت تکنولوژی سبب کاهش این گاز در بخش کشاورزی شده است. بنابراین،، اگر رشد اقتصادی و توسعه مالی به صرفه‏جویی در مصرف انرژی بیانجامد، انتشار این گاز کاهش خواهد یافت. بنابراین تغییر سیاست به سمت توسعه مالی همراه با در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات محیط‌زیستی و بالا بردن بهره‏وری انرژی در بخش کشاورزی توصیه می‏شود.           کلید واژه‏ها: آزمون‏ هم‏انباشتگی جوهانسن-جوسلیوس، بخش کشاورزی، توسعه مالی، دی‏اکسیدکربن، مدل تصحیح خطای برداری           *نویسنده مسئول:                                                                                        Email: amirtaimoori@uk.ac.ir

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Study of Financial Development Impact on Carbon Dioxide Emissions in the Iranʼs Agricultural Sector         *Amirtaimoori, S.   *Assist. Profe. Department of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Kerman, Iran   (Received: 2017/04/15; Accepted: 2018/10/02)       Abstract Nowadays, greenhouse gas emissions, especially carbon dioxide is one of the main challenges in the world. The agricultural sector is one of the important sectors of the Iran economy and emitter of this gas. Since the financial sector has a central role in the growth and development. Therefore, in this paper, the relationship between emissions of carbon dioxide with the financial development index in Iranʼs agricultural sector was investigated. Financial development index, gross domestic product (agricultural sector growth), gross domestic product to the power of two, energy consumption in agricultural sector and land area under new irrigation were considered as independent variables and carbon dioxide emissions from agricultural sector was considered as dependent variable. For this purpose, Vector Auto Regressive (VAR) method and annual data from 1981 to 2013 were used. The results of Johansen- Juselius cointegration test showed that there is a long-run relationship between the studied variables. Vector error correction model results showed that in the short-run, financial development index had a significant effect on carbon dioxide emissions and based on the findings of study, increase of energy consumption, financial development and the agricultural sector growth have increased carbon dioxide emissions and technology progress has reduced emissions of this gas in the agricultural sector. Therefore, if economic growth and financial development will lead to savings in energy consumption, emissions of this gas will be reduced.
