چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: تغییر نقش بیمارستان‌ها در آینده دور و لزوم برنامه‌ریزی‌های بلندمدت و میان‌مدت برای تغییرات لازم در ساختار بیمارستان‌ها از ضروریات غیرقابل‌انکار است. بررسی و انتخاب رویکردهای مختلف برای ایجاد تغییر در بیمارستان‌ها، نیازمند بررسی‌های گسترده در این زمینه و یافتن بهترین پاسخ برای شرایط و ویژگی‌های یک کشور است. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر در دو فاز مطالعه تطبیقی و مصاحبه با خبرگان انجام شد که هدف از آن در فاز اول گردآوری نمونه اطلاعاتی در زمینه بخش‌های بیمارستانی فعال در کشورهای دیگر و در فاز دوم اخذ نظرات خبرگان در مورد بخش‌های بیمارستانی موردنیاز در سال‌های آتی بود. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان‌دهنده ضرورت گسترش بخش‌های کلینیکی و سرپایی در زمینه بیماری‌های مزمن و سرطان‌ها، طب سالمندی با توجه به روند سالمندی جمعیت، بازتوانی پس از مراقبت‌های طولانی‌مدت، کلینیک خواب، خدمات ارتقای سلامت مانند مدیریت وزن، مدیریت ریسک فاکتورها، اصلاح شیوه زندگی و در برخی موارد تخصصی‌تر کردن بخش‌های بستری، مانند پیوند مغز استخوان و مسمومیت، بود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، ساختار بخش‌های بیمارستانی در آینده در چهار سطح شامل بخش‌های عمومی و گسترده در سطح کشور، بخش‌های تخصصی و فوق تخصصی محدود به برخی بیمارستان‌های کشور، بخش‌های مربوط به خدمات لوکس و غیرضروری و بخش‌های مربوط به طب‌های جایگزین و مکمل، پیشنهاد شد. واژه‌های کلیدی: بیمارستان، آینده‌پژوهی، نیاز، بخش‌های بیمارستانی

عنوان انگلیسی The Hospital Wards of the Future Framework
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Changing the roll of hospital in far future and necessity of long and medium term planning regarding to these changes is undeniable. Evaluation and selection of different approaches to change the hospitals, requires extensive investigations in this area to find the best response, considering the conditions and characteristics of a country. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in two phases: comparative and interviews with experts. The aim was to gather information about active hospital wards in other countries in the first phase and to obtain expert opinions about the wards needed in the years ahead, in the second phase. Results: The results indicated the necessity of expanding outpatient departments in the field of: chronic diseases and cancer, geriatrics (regarding to population aging trend), Recovery after long-term care, sleep clinics, health infrastructure services such as weight management, management of risk factors, lifestyle modification and in some cases, more specialized inpatient departments such as bone marrow transplantation and toxicity. Conclusion: Based on results obtained, the proposed future structure of the hospitals is divided at four levels, the public and nation-wide wards, specialty and subspecialty wards which is limited to some hospitals in the country, luxury and unnecessary wards services and alternative and complementary medicine wards.
