عنوان فارسی مداخلات مبتنی بر توانمندسازی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت: یک مطالعه مروری
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: دیابت بیماری مزمن و پیش‌رونده‌ای است که به دلیل شروع تدریجی و بهبودی غیرقابل‌پیش‌بینی، مشارکت بیمار در امر مراقبت از خود را می‌طلبد. این بیماری با صنعتی شدن و گسترش شهرنشینی روند رو به رشدی پیدا کرده است. در روش‌های نوین آموزش به بیمار، موضوع توانمندسازی مطرح شده است. توانمندسازی بیمار به‌عنوان یک برنامه مؤثر در راستای بهبود عملکرد بیماران دیابتی محسوب می‌شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی مداخلات مبتنی بر توانمندسازی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت است. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری ساده بود و جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی ایرانی و بین‌المللی Science Direct، PubMed، Cochrane library، Scopus، Iranmedex و Google Scholar با کلیدواژه‌های توانمندسازی، رویکرد توانمندسازی، برنامه توانمندسازی، توانمندسازی بیماران، توانمندسازی و دیابت و بیماران دیابتی و در محدوده زمانی سال‌های 2000 تا 2014 میلادی انجام گردید. پس از جستجو 16 مقاله بر اساس معیارهای پژوهش انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: بررسی مطالعات نشان‌دهنده عدم استفاده از چارچوب نظری خاص توانمندسازی، فقدان توجه به همه ابعاد توانمندسازی، بی‌توجهی به تأثیر متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی بر توانمندسازی بیماران و عدم پیگیری برنامه می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به محدودیت‌های تعیین‌شده در مداخلات توانمندسازی، پیشنهاد می‌شود که در اجرای مداخلات توانمندسازی بیماران دیابتی به همه ابعاد توانمندسازی توجه گردد. واژه‌های کلیدی: توانمندسازی، دیابت، مطالعه مروری، بیمار

عنوان انگلیسی Empowerment-Based Interventions in Patients with Diabetes: A Review Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Diabetes is a chronic and progressive disease that due to its nature, it needs the cooperation of patient in the treatment process. This disease has been developed with industrialization and urbanization. Patient empowerment program is an effective program to improve the function of patients with diabetes. The purpose of this study, was the evaluation of empowerment-based interventions in patients with diabetes. Materials and Methods: We conducted a comprehensive overview in internatioanl and Iranian databases including Science Direct, PubMed, Cochrane library, Scopus, Iranmedex,and Google Scholar with the keywords of "empowerment", "empowerment approach", "empowerment program", "patient empowerment", "empowerment and diabetes" and "diabetic patients" from 2000 to 2014. After considering inclusion and exclusion criteria, 16 articles were selected. Results: The results indicated that there was a lack of existence of a theoretical framework of empowerment, lack of attention to all dimensions of empowerment and the impact of demographic variables on empowerment of patients, and lack of programme follow- up. Conclusion: Due to the limitations specified in empowerment interventions, it is suggested that interventions in diabetic patients should pay attention to all dimensions of empowerment.
