عنوان فارسی الزامات بازرسی خرید مواد غذایی در واحدهای آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا(مورد مطالعه: استان خراسان جنوبی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت بندی الزامات بازرسی خرید مواد غذایی در واحدهای آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا با بهره گیری از مبانی نظری و مدل اسکاپ است. این پژوهش از نظر روش از نوع پیمایشی، از لحاظ اجرا، توصیفی-تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق 400 نفر شامل کارشناسان آماد، بهداشت، تغذیه و بازرسی و سایر افراد دخیل در امر خرید و نگهداری مواد غذایی در فرماندهی انتظامی استان خراسان جنوبی می‌باشد. حجم نمونه به روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی تصادفی و بر اساس فرمول کوکران 132 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از طریق آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون‌های آمار ناپارامتریک ازجمله آزمون ویلکاکسون و آزمون فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس) انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اهمیت ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های در بازرسی خرید مواد غذایی و همچنین نقش این عوامل در بروز مشکلات کنونی بازرسی خرید مواد غذایی در مراحل خرید، سیر نزولی دارد یعنی در مرحله قبل از خرید بیشترین اهمیت و در مرحله بعد از خرید کمترین اهمیت را دارا می‌باشد. به ترتیب اولویت ابعاد در طی مراحل خرید عبارت‌اند از 1- بعد انسان افزار قبل از خرید 2-بعد اطلاعات افزار قبل از خرید و 3- بعد سازمان افزار قبل از خرید. ترتیب اولویت مؤلفه‌های نیز شامل:1-ساختار سازمانی 2- ابزار و تجهیزات 3- منابع مالی و بودجه و هزینه می‌باشد. برای حل مشکلات بازرسی خرید مواد غذایی در ناجا می‌بایست بیشترین تمرکز بر روی اقدامات قبل از خرید و با اولویت انسان افزار، اطلاعات افزار، و سپس سازمان افزار و بر روی عوامل ساختار سازمانی، ابزار و تجهیزات، منابع مالی و بودجه و هزینه معطوف گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Requirements for the Food Purchasing Inspection at Logistic Units of Police (Case of Southern Khorasan Province)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This research was carried out to identify the requirements for the food purchasing inspection at logistic units of Police using Scape model. This research is an applied survey-based approach and descriptive-analytical research. The research population is 400 people, including experts in food, health, nutrition and veterinary medicine, as well as other people in buying and maintaining food stuffs in the South Khorasan Police. The sample size that is randomized by stratified random sampling and based on Cochran's formula at the confidence level of 95% and error 7%, was 32 people. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the opinion of the experts and its reliability was confirmed by calculating the Cranach's alpha. Data analysis was performed by computing descriptive statistics indices and performing inferential statistics tests (nonparametric statistics including Wilcoxon test and Friedman test and analysis of variance). The findings indicate that the importance of the dimensions and components of food purchasing inspection decreases from the pre-buy stage, with the most importance weight, to after-buy stage, with the lowest importance. Also, ranks of inspection dimensions during purchasing process are 1-dimensional products prior to purchase -2-dimensional information of the software before purchase, and 3-dimensional firmware before purchase. Finally, the priority of components is 1-Organizational structure 2-Tools and equipment, and 3- Financial resources and budget and expenses. In order to solve the inspection problems of purchasing nutrients in Police, the focus should be on the measures taken prior to purchase, with the priority of the humanoid, product info and then the organizer, and on the factors of organizational structure, tools and equipment, funding, budget and cost.
