عنوان فارسی رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های تأثیرگذار بر جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تأمین بر اساس تاپسیس فازی؛
چکیده فارسی مقاله جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تأمین در کنار جریان کالا و جریان مالی، شریان‌های اصلی یک زنجیره تأمین هستند و دراین‌بین جریان اطلاعات ازآن‌جهت که بستری مناسب برای ایجاد جریان یکنواخت کالا و تبادلات مالی را فراهم می‌آورد از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. لذا مدیریت صحیح جریان اطلاعات، یکی از عوامل اصلی مدیریت موفق در زنجیره تأمین به‌حساب می‌آید. به‌منظور تعیین درجه اهمیت شاخص‌های تأثیرگذار بر جریان صحیح اطلاعات در زنجیره از دیدگاه خبرگان، از مدل تاپسیس فازی استفاده‌شده و بر اساس سه معیار «قابلیت اندازه‌گیری» شاخص‌های شناسایی‌شده، «مفهوم بودن» آن‌ها و «مرتبط بودن» شاخص‌ها با موضوع جریان اطلاعات در زنجیره تأمین، این شاخص‌ها اولویت‌بندی می‌شوند. با توجه به اینکه اطلاعات موردنیاز جهت اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌ها، مبتنی بر دانش خبرگان دانشگاهی و صنعت بوده و از سوی دیگر، تعداد افرادی که درزمینه مدیریت اطلاعات در زنجیره تأمین دارای دانش و تجربه کافی باشند محدود است، لذا برای انتخاب خبرگان از روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی و هدفمند استفاده‌شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌های قابلیت‌های سخت‌افزاری زنجیره تأمین، زیرساخت شبکه در زنجیره تأمین، قابلیت نرم‌افزارهای اطلاعاتی زنجیره تأمین، به‌موقع بودن اشتراک اطلاعات، جدید بودن اطلاعات و پاداش‌های سازمانی اختصاص‌یافته به مشارکت در اشتراک اطلاعات، دارای بالاترین اولویت ازنظر خبرگان و شاخص‌های میزان قوت گروه‌ها و ارتباطات درون‌سازمانی، اعتماد کاربران و تمایل کاربران به اشتراک اطلاعات، دارای کمترین اولویت هستند. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند به‌عنوان ورودی فرآیند تدوین راهبردهای زنجیره تأمین در حوزه مدیریت اطلاعات مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Ranking Indicators Influencing Supply Chain Information Based on Fuzzy Topsis
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The information flow in the supply chain, along with the flow of goods and financial flows, are the main arcs of a supply chain, and in the meantime, the flow of information is of particular importance in that it provides an appropriate context for creating a smooth flow of goods and financial transactions. Accordingly, this paper identified the indicators that affect the flow of information in the supply chain and provided a list of these indicators using the literature as well as the views of the experts from the university and industry. In order to determine the significance of the indexes affecting the flow of information in the chain from the viewpoint of the experts, the Fuzzy TOPSIS model used and based on three criteria, the "measuring capability" of the identified indicators, their "conceptuality" and "relevance" Indicators are prioritized by the flow of information in the supply chain. Given that the information needed to prioritize indicators is based on the knowledge of academic and industry experts and, on the other hand, the number of people who have sufficient knowledge and experience in the field of information management in the supply chain is limited, so to select experts from Judicial and targeted sampling method has been used. The results of this research indicated that the indicators of supply chain hardware capabilities, network infrastructure in the supply chain, the ability of supply chain information software, timely sharing of information, new information and organizational rewards allocated to participation of information sharing, with the highest priority in terms of experts and indicators of the strength of groups and connections within the organization, the trust of users and the desire of users to share information, have the least priority. The findings of this research can be used as an input to the process of developing supply chain strategies in the field of information management.
