عنوان فارسی عارضه‌یابی سیستم آماد عمومی با رویکرد لجستیک یکپارچه، مطالعه موردی: یک دانشگاه نظامی- انتظامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله ارزیابی سازمان‌ها به‌منظور شناخت نقاط ضعف و قوت آن‌ها از دیرباز موردتوجه مدیران و نیز مبنای اتخاذ تصمیمات مهم آن‌ها بوده است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق آن است که با عارضه‌یابی سیستم آماد عمومی با توجه به رویکرد لجستیک یکپارچه، مدیران را به‌منظور حرکت در راستای حل مشکلات و ارتقای اثربخشی سازمانی یاری رسانده و از حاد شدن مشکلات، کاهش بهره‌وری سازمانی و افول آن جلوگیری به عمل‌آورده و همچنین درراه رسیدن به اهداف درون‌سازمانی مدیران را یاری کند.این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش توصیفی و با توجه به گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق 50 نفر شامل کلیه مدیران، کارشناسان و کارکنان معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی دانشگاه و مدیران و کارشناسان قسمت آماد دانشکده‌ها و معاونت‌هایی که آماد و پشتیبانی به آن‌ها خدمات آمادی می‌دهد می‌باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که با 52 سؤال در قالب هفت مؤلفه بر اساس گزینه پنج جوابی طیف لیکرت تنظیم‌شده و پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، کدگذاری و ورود داده‌ها به سیستم، اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون t، و فریدمن) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت .عارضه‌های شناسایی‌شده در سیستم آماد عمومی با رویکرد لجستیک یکپارچه بر اساس نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای با استفاده از مدل فریدمن رتبه‌بندی گردید و نتایج نشان داد که سه مؤلفه «فرآیندهای یکپارچه»،» اطلاعات مناسب » و «نیروی کار مناسب» حداقل مطلوبیت مورد انتظار را ندارند و این‌ها مؤلفه‌هایی هستند که آسیب‌ها و چالش‌های آماد و پشتیانی دانشگاه در آن‌ها شکل می‌گیرد؛ درنهایت بر اساس گام‌ها و پروژه‌های بهبود، راهکارهای بهبود سیستم آماد عمومی، پیشنهاد شد و در انتها پیشنهادهایی برای محققان و علاقه‌مندان به این حوزه ارائه شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Diagnosing Public Logistics Using Integrated Logistic (A Case Study of a Military - Police University)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Organizations assessment in order to recognize their weaknesses and the strengths have attracted the attention of managers since a long time ago and have been adopted for their important decision making as well. The main purpose of this study is to help managers move toward problem solving and improving organizational effectiveness and prevent organizational efficiency reduction, wane and hamper problems to become acute and succor managers to achieve the objectives within the organization through diagnosis of general logistics according to integrated logistics approach. This research regarding the purpose and terms of descriptive methods and data collection is a survey kind of research. The population included 50 people, including managers, experts and employees of University's Logistics Department and managers and experts of the Logistics Faculty and the Deputies of which logistics provides logistics services. Total sample population is 50 persons. The main tool for data collection was questionnaire with 52 questions in 7 components based on five answer options Likert spectrum. After data collection, coding, and data entry into the system, the data were analyzed using SPSS software in two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Friedman test). Diagnosis identified in General Logistics System with integrated logistics approach based on one-sample t-test results ranked using the Friedman model. The results showed that the three components of, "appropriate information" and "Qualified workforce" did not possess the least expected utility, these are elements that form damages and challenges of logistics of university. Finally, based on improvement projects and steps, improvement strategies of the General Logistics System proposed and at the end, proposals presented to researchers and those interested in this field.
