عنوان فارسی بررسی وضعیت بسته‌بندی اقلام آمادی در انبارهای ناجا و ارائه راهکار مناسب
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: در حال حاضر خریدها و تأمین اقلام در ناجا با مشکلات بسته‌بندی سازمانی مواجه بوده و تاکنون در پیوست فنی قراردادها این موضوع جدیت پیدا نکرده است و علت آن داشتن تفکرات کالا محوری در لجستیک و دیدگاه سنتی به بسته‌بندی می‌باشد، هرساله بخش قابل‌توجهی از اقلام آمادی به دلیل تناسب پایین سطوح بسته‌بندی (اولیه، ثانویه، عملیاتی) با شرایط اقلیم منطقه، تناسب کم اندازه و ابعاد بسته‌بندی با نرم‌های توزیع، تجهیزات و امکانات ذخیره‌سازی و جابجایی اقلام در انبارها و محدوده وزنی نفر حمل، پایین بودن تنوع و کیفیت دربسته بندی و یا نادیده گرفتن الزامات ویژه و موردنیاز مصرف‌کننده جهت ایمنی بیشتر، دچار نابودی، تخریب یا فساد و یا به‌نوعی دچار کاهش عمر ماندگاری و حفظ کیفیت اقلام، هدر رفتن منابع، اتلاف زمان و درنهایت باعث کاهش تحقق مأموریت‌ها می‌گردند. بر این اساس هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت بسته‌بندی اقلام آمادی در انبارهای ناجا و ارائه راهکار مناسب می‌باشد. روش: تحقیق حاضر ازنظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری موردمطالعه مدیران، کارشناسان کاربران حوزه تأمین و توزیع فیزیکی اقلام آمادی در ناجا مجموعاً به تعداد 374 نفر را شامل می‌شود. تعداد نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 129 نفر تعیین و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش مطالعه اسنادی منابع و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 50 سؤال، استفاده‌شده است. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق مراجعه به نظریات خبرگان و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (827/0) احصاء گردید. یافته‌ها: اکثر قریب به‌اتفاق پاسخ‌دهندگان دارای تحصیلات عالی و کارشناس بوده و از سابقه خدمتی بسیار خوبی در حوزه آماد برخوردار می‌باشند. یافته‌ها مبین آن است که شاخص درج مشخصات (الزامات بسته‌بندی) بر روی بسته‌بندی با میانگین کل 992/3 بیشترین و شاخص استفاده از درپوش‌های سیل شده (موم دار) با میانگین کل 348/2کمترین برخورداری و همچنین مؤلفه شکل با میانگین کل 992/3 بیشترین و مؤلفه محافظت در مقابل دست‌کاری و تقلبات با میانگین کل 549/2 کمترین برخورداری را در میان سایر شاخص‌ها و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر دربسته بندی اقلام آمادی در انبارهای ناجا به خود اختصاص و رتبه‌بندی گردیده‌اند. نتایج: در پاسخ به سؤال اصلی تحقیق که وضعیت بسته ‌بندی اقلام آمادی در انبارهای ناجا چگونه است میانگین کل به‌دست‌آمده 369/3 بوده که نشان‌دهنده برخورداری تقریباً زیاد بسته‌بندی اقلام آمادی از این قابلیت‌ها می‌باشد که لازم است متولیان تأمین و توزیع فیزیکی اقلام آمادی در ناجا با دیدی نوین و نظام مند به مزایای بسته‌بندی نگاه کرده، و با تقویت شاخص‌های ضعیف احصاء شده، بهره‌وری و رضایتمندی را در سازمان افزایش دهند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating packaging condition of logistical goods in Police warehouses, and presenting suitable solutions
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Context and goal: today, purchases and good supplies in Police faces organizational packaging problems. The problems have not been presented seriously in the technical appendages of the contracts so far. It is due to the prevalence of good-centered thoughts in logistics and traditional approach towards packaging. Each year, a remarkable part of logistical goods are destructed and corrupted due to the poor packaging levels(primitive, secondary and operational) with regard to the climate of the region, poor appropriateness between packaging size and dimensions as compared to distribution norms, poor equipment and storaging facilities and goods relocations and weight range of a porter, poor varieties and quality of packaging and neglecting safety requirement requests of consumers. The mentioned problems also tend to the reduction of durability and quality preservation of goods, wasting of resources, wasting of time, and finally cause reduction of successful missions. So the main goal of this research is the investigation of packaging condition of logistical goods in Police warehouses, and presenting suitable solutions. Method: this research is descriptive survey from the method point of view, and it is applied from the goal point of view. The population under study is included 374 managers, experts and users of physical supply and distribution field of logistical goods in Police from which 129 were selected by using Cochran formula and classified random sampling method. The method of documented study of resources and a scholar made questionnaire included 50 questions was used. The validity of the questionnaire was tested according to the viewpoints of experts. And the reliability was tested by Cronbach alpha(0/827). Analyzing of data was done through descriptive statistics and T test parameters. Findings: most of the responders had high educations and were experts and had worked many years in logistic field. Results showed that written specifications( packaging commitments) on the packages with average 3/992 had the most fruition, and sealed bonnets(waxy) with average 2/348 had the least fruition. Moreover shape factor with average 3/992 had the most fruition, and protection against forging and cheatery with average 2/549 had the least fruition among the other effecting indexes and factors in packaging of logistical goods within Police warehouses. Results: Investigation of findings shows that two hypothesis have been made for subordinate questions in order to answer the main question of the research. Then each question has been separately tested by t parameter. All tests rejected the zero hypotheses and confirmed the one hypotheses. Therefore in response to the main question of “how is the packaging condition of logistical goods in Police warehouses?” The whole average is 3/369 that shows high fruition of logistical goods packaging from these capabilities. Managers of physical supply and distribution of logistical goods in Police should consider new and systematic advantages of packaging, and reinforce poor indicators, in order to increase productivity and satisfaction in the organization
