عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی برون‌سپاری خدمات تعمیرات خودروهای سنگین در سازمان‌های بزرگ
چکیده فارسی مقاله این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی برون‌سپاری خدمات تعمیرات خودروهای سنگین در سازمان‌های بزرگ برنامه‌ریزی و به مرحله اجرا درآمد. کلیه مسئولین آماد و پشتیبانی، جانشین‌های آن‌ها، مسئولین نت و همچنین مسئولین قسمت‌های مربوطه در سازمان نظامی - انتظامی-انتظامی که تعداد کل آن‌ها 98 نفر است، جامعه آماری این تحقیق را تشکیل می‌دهند، کلیه این افراد نیز گروه موردمطالعه را تشکیل داده که از آن‌ها اطلاعات جمع‌آوری گردید. بر اساس بررسی ادبیات و الگوهای موجود و مصاحبه 8 نفر از صاحب‌نظران، متخصصان و استادان فن، الگوی مفهومی پژوهش طراحی گردید. به منظور اعتبارسنجی این الگو و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی گردید که پایایی آن در حد قابل‌قبول بوده (917/0) و روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. روایی سازه نیز از طریق تحلیل عاملی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که روایی و اعتبار مؤلفه‌ها، شاخص‌های تشکیل‌دهنده هر یک از مؤلفه‌ها و درنتیجه ابعاد مربوط به تأیید رسید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی با کمک از نرم‌افزار SPSS و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به کمک نرم‌افزار لیز رل استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که به‌طورکلی ازنظر گروه موردمطالعه، ابعاد سه‌گانه یکپارچگی نیروی انسانی، یکپارچگی دانش و یکپارچگی فرآیند مربوط به دیدگاه برون‌سپاری فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار، ابعاد سه‌گانه پیچیدگی شبکه، پیچیدگی فرآیند و پیچیدگی تولید مربوط به دیدگاه لجستیک نوع چهارم و یک بعد از دیدگاه لجستیک یکپارچه با عنوان زبان مشترک، عناصر اصلی الگوی برون‌سپاری فعالیت‌های تعمیرات خودروهای بزرگ را تشکیل می‌دهند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study with the aim of designing outsorsing model for services of repairing heavy vehicles in great organizations planed and performed. All logisticsal police authorities, their successor, authorities of reparing section and also the authorities in relevant part of the military organization-Police that the number of all 98 peoplem are the statistical society of this research, all these people groups were also studied on them and collected information from them. According to the researchs and the existing literature and patterns and interwiew with 8 people from connoisseurs, experts and masters , designed concept research model.In order to validation of this pattern and collecting information, designed questions which was in an acceptable stability extent of 0.917 and narrative content with using views experts and connoisseurs approved.Structural narrative also studied through a factor analysis and the narrative and the validity of compilations, indices constituting factors each of compilations and dimensions was confirmed.For analysis of information using description and statistics methods by using SPSS software and analysis confirmation factor to help Lizrel software.The results showed that in general the group studied, triple dimensions of integration human resorses, science integration and integration process related to outsorsing of business processes, triple dimensions network complexity, the complexity of process and complexity of production related to fourth logistics type and one part of the logistics integrated view as common language, the main elements outsorsing model constituting the repair activities of heavy vehicles.
