عنوان فارسی بررسی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر کاهش سوانح خودرویی ناجا و ارائه راهکار مناسب
چکیده فارسی مقاله این تحقیق به بررسی کاهش سوانح خودرویی در ناجا پرداخته است و هدف آن به تصویر کشیدن وضع موجود و احصای مشکلات و معایب سوانح خودرویی در ناجا و ارائه پیشنهادهای کاربردی به مسئولان ذی‌ربط و بهبود وضعیت موجود تدوین شده است. تحقیق حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ توصیفی – پیمایشی هست. جامعه آماری 240 نفر از کارکنان ترابری آماد و پشتیبانی ناجا، تهران بزرگ، استان البرز و دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین بوده است و نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به تعداد 106 نفر محاسبه شده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه که با استفاده از طیف لیکرت، مشتمل بر 40 سؤال بسته، که بر اساس فرضیه‌ها، مؤلفه‌های اصلی و فرعی تدوین گردیده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل 892/0 به دست آمد که نشان‌دهنده وجود پایایی بسیار بالایی برای پرسشنامه می‌باشد. بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق و استفاده از آزمون فرض (t) تک نمونه‌ای و میانگین‌های به‌دست‌آمده ازنظر کارشناسان، مدیریت ترابری بیشترین تأثیر و حمایت بیمه‌ای کمترین تأثیر را بر کاهش سوانح خودرویی در ناجا دارند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Basis and goal: This Study paid to a reduction in police car accidents. This study aims to illustrate the current situation and exploring problems and disadvantages in the police car accidents and provide practical recommendations to the relevant authorities and is designed to improve the current situation. Methods: The applied aim of the present descriptive - survey study is, Population consisted of 240 employees of transportation and logistics of police, in Tehran, Alborz and Police University and 106 samples was calculated By using Cochran formula. The data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale consists of 40 items, Based on the assumptions, main and secondary components has been done. 892/0 Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which reflects the was achieved the very high reliability of the questionnaire. Results: Based on the research findings, using hypothesis test (t) and one sample was obtained from experts, Logistics management is most effective and insurance protection had minimal effect on reducing the police car accidents. Results: Better that selecting Transportation officials among the technical people, they also with correct planning, supervision, briefing sessions and greater use of staff, making police car accidents to a minimum may occur.
