عنوان فارسی بررسی عوامل مؤثر در کاهش هزینه‌های جیره غذایی در نیروی انتظامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله از جمله عوامل مؤثر در حفظ توان نیروهای پلیس برای اجرای وظایف مربوطه، سلامت کارکنان است که با تغذیه صحیح و بر اساس اصول علمی امکان‌پذیر است. علی‌رغم نقش اساسی تغذیه در سلامت و موفقیت کارکنان، هزینه‌های جیره غذایی باید کاهش یابد تا از هزینه‌های کل سازمان کم شود. روش‌های جاری در برآورد، تهیه، نگهداری، توزیع و آماده‌سازی جیره غذایی کارآمد نبوده و موجب انجام فعالیت‌های دوچندان و در نتیجه صرف هزینه های اضافی در آمادو‌پشتیبانی‌ها شده است. در ابتدا عوامل مؤثر در کاهش هزینه‌های جیره غذایی در محورهای برآورد، تأمین، نگهداری، طبخ و توزیع شناسایی و سپس شاخص‌ها ارائه شده است و نحوه تأثیر هر یک از عوامل در کاهش هزینه‌های جیره غذایی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. برای این کار، مبنای نظری پژوهش در ارتباط با متغیرهای تحقیق با پیشینه ارائه شده است. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از نوع توسعه‌ای است. در روش شناسایی تحقیق از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مستندات و مدارک و روش‌های جاری مرتبط بهره برداری شد. برای ادبیات موضوعی تحقیق و گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز، پرسش‌نامه‌ای با استفاده از مقیاس اندازه گیری لیکرت، با 30 سؤال بر مبنای فرضیات و مؤلفه‌های اصلی و فرعی تدوین و اجرا گردید. برای‌ تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (پیمایشی) میدانی استفاده شده است. با استفاده از آزمون t دو نمونه‌ای میانگین وضعیت مطلوب با میانگین وضعیت موجود مقایسه شده است. برای تعیین اولویت متغیرها از آزمون چوپوروف بهره‌گیری شده است. در تحلیل داده‌ها، تمام فرضیه‌ها بیانگر آن است که بین وضعیت مطلوب و وضعیت موجود هزینه‌های مصروف جیره غذایی برای برآورد، تأمین (خرید)، نگهداری، طبخ و توزیع، تفاوت معنا دار وجود دارد. فرضیه‌ها در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد و خطای 5 درصد مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. اولویت بندی هزینه‌های مؤثر در جیره غذایی در وضعیت مطلوب به ترتیب عبارتند از: خرید، برآورد، طبخ، توزیع و نگهداری.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Personnelhealthis one of the factors of maintaining strong of police forces for carrying out the relevant duties that is possible with proper nutrition based on scientific principles.Despite the essential role of nutrition in the health and success of staff food rations, food rationcosts must be reduced to decrease the total costs of organization. Current methods of estimating, preparation, storage, distribution and preparation of food rationare not effective and led to redoubled activity andconsequently spending the extra costs of logistics. Firstly,thefactors affectingthe reducing offood rationcosts was estimated in cases of estimation, producing, storing, cooking and distribution and then indexes are indicated. for this, theoretical basis of researchare presentedin relation to the research variablesand backgrounds. This research based onthe applicable aim is development one.Library studies andrelated documents and ongoing procedures were used in Research identification method. In order to literature research and required data collection,a 30-question questionnaire using theLikert measurementscale based on the assumptions and the major and minor factors were developed and implemented,. The fielddescriptive and inferential statistics (survey) methodis usedfor data analyzing and hypotheses testing. The mean of the favorably situationare compared with the current situationmean usingTwo-sample t-test.Choproof test was used to determine the priority variables. In analyzing the data, all hypotheses indicate that there is a significant gap between the optimal situation and current situation of the spending costs offood rationin the cases ofestimation, provision (purchase), storage, cooking and distribution.Confidenceand error level of hypotheses was 95% and 5%, respectively.Prioritizing ofthe cost affectingfood rationin a desired situation is as follows: purchasing, estimating, cooking, distribution and storage.
