عنوان فارسی ارزیابی نظام نت از نظر اصول بنیادین نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره‌ور فراگیر ناب
چکیده فارسی مقاله در محیط رقابتی امروز، مدیران سازمان‌ها سعی دارند تا سازمان‌های خود را از طریق به کارگیری رویکردهای نوین، به سازمان‌هایی‌ رقابتی‌ تبدیل‌ کنند. در این راستا، نگهداری و تعمیرات به عنوان یک سیستم، نقش اساسی‌ را در دستیابی‌ به اهداف کمی و کیفی سازمانی ایفا می‌کند و نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره‌ور فراگیر ناب یکی از رویکردهای نوین نت در جهت تلفیق کارکردهای نت بهره‌ور فراگیر به همراه مفهوم ناب است. تحقیق حاضر با عنوان "ارزیابی نظام نت از نظر اصول بنیادین نت بهره ور فراگیر ناب" در پی دستیابی به یک هدف اساسی، شناسایی درجه سازگاری و تعیین فاصله سیستم نت فعلی با نت بهره‌ور فراگیر ناب است. این پژوهش تحقیقی کاربردی است که به روش پیمایشی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق عبارت است از کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل. در این راستا، پرسشنامه تحقیق بین 45 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات شرکت مذکور به صورت تمام شماری توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد. سپس، با استفاده از آزمون‌های آمار استنباطی، داده‌های تحقیق مورد ارزیابی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که سیستم نت فعلی شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل با توجه به مؤلفه‌های مربوط به متغیرهای مورد بررسی (نت اصلاحی، نت پیشگیرانه، نت خودکنترلی، نت ناب، اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات، بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها و شناسایی‌ اتلاف‌ها) تا رسیدن به نت بهره‌ور فراگیر ناب فاصله قابل توجهی دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In today's competitive environments, organizations managers are trying to turn their organizations to competitive onethrough the use of innovative approaches.In this regard, maintenance as a system plays the fundamental role in achieving to quantitative and qualitative organizational goals and lean total productive maintenance is one of theinnovative NET approaches in order to combine the functions of Productive and inclusiveNETwith lean concepts.The fundamental objective of the present study entitled "NET system assessing from the perspective of the fundamental principles oflean total productive maintenance”is to identify the compatibility degree and determinethe gap between the current NET systemswithlean total productive maintenanceNET. This applied study is conducted through the survey method.The population of this study includes all managers and technicians of maintenance system of Iran Khodro Diesel Company.In this regard, the survey questionnaires were distribute and collected between 45 of managers and experts of maintenance system as total counting. Then, data has been evaluated and analyzed by inferential statistics tests.The results show that with respect to the factors of the studied variables(Corrective NET, preventive NET, self-controlling NET, Lean NET ,Overall equipment effectiveness, optimization of process and identifying of waste), the current NET system of Iran Khodro Diesel Company has considerable gapwithinclusive productivity LeanNET.
