عنوان فارسی سطوح تحلیل زنجیره تأمین
چکیده فارسی مقاله این مطالعه‌ با رویکرد اکتشافی به موقعیت نامعین سطوح زنجیره تأمین می‌پردازد. زنجیره تأمین را می‌توان به سطوح پنج‌گانه کسب ‌وکار شامل شغل، واحد، سازمان، صنعت و صنایع، توسعه و گسترش داد. هرکدام از این سطوح دارای واحد تحلیل و بررسی ویژه‌ای است که به ترتیب واحد تحلیل سطوح شغل، واحد، سازمان، صنعت و صنایع عبارتنداز فعالیت، شغل، واحد، سازمان و صنعت. به‌ این صورت که واحد تحلیل سطح بالاتر، سطح تحلیل پایین‌تری است که همانند حلقه‌های تو‌در‌تو کل زنجیره تأمین را شکل می‌دهند. یعنی حلقه‌های تشکیل‌دهنده سطح شغل، فعالیت‌هاست؛ سطح واحد، مشاغل است؛ سطح سازمان، واحدها می‌باشند؛ سطح صنعت، سازمان‌هاست و سطح صنایع، صنعت‌ها هستند. می‌توان از چنین رویکردی به زنجیره تأمین برای تحلیل و بررسی و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین استفاده نمود. زنجیره تأمین سیستمی متشکل از زنجیره‌های تأمین سطوح شغل، واحد و سازمان بوده و زنجیره تأمین محیطی متشکل از زنجیره‌های سطوح صنعت و صنایع می‌باشد. ضمناً زنجیره‌ تأمین محیطی خود به دو زنجیره تأمین تعاملی و زنجیره تأمین کلان تقسیم می‌شود. همچنین می‌توان از این رویکرد، در زمینه ایجاد هماهنگی در زنجیره تأمین بهره برد. به‌ این منظور بایستی به‌صورت عمودی میان سطوح زنجیره تأمین و افقی میان حلقه‌های هر سطح، ارتباط لازم برقرار شود. برای ایجاد ارتباطات عمودی، می‌توان از روش‌هایی نظیر زنجیره فرماندهی، قوانین و مقررات، ایجاد پست جدید و سیستم اطلاعات عمودی بهره گرفت و برای ایجاد ارتباط افقی می‌توان از روش‌های نظیر صدور بخش‌نامه، تماس مستقیم، تعیین رابط، گروه‌های کاری، هماهنگ‌کننده تمام‌وقت و گروه‌های تخصصی استفاده کرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study shows that the supply chain can be divided into five business areas including employment, unit, organization, industry and development. Each the levels have specific analysis unit including activity, occupation, unit, organization are industry for the employment, unit, organization, industry and development levels, respectively. The analysis unit of each higher level is the lower analysis level that like rings constitutes the supply chain. In other words former rings of employment, unit, organization, industry and development is activity, occupation, unit, organization and industry, relatively. Such approach can be used to analyze and manage the supply chain. For example, in the organization level, the systemic supply chain and environmental supply chain that consists of the systemic and interactive supply chain can be defined and management. Systemic supply chain consists of supply chains of occupation, unit and organization level and the environmental supply chain is composed of the industry and development levels. In addition the environmental supply chain is divided into the interactive and major supply chain. Also this multi-level approach of the supply chain is benefit to coordinate the supply chain. In order to establish the coordination in the supply chain, it is necessary to create connections among the supply chain levels vertically, and chains of each levels horizontally. The methods such as the chain of command, rules and regulations, new posts creation and vertical information systems can be used for establishing the vertical connections. And in order to set up horizontal relations, the methods of issuing circulars, direct contact, liaison assessment, working groups, full time coordinator and specialty teams can be used.
