عنوان فارسی مولفه ها و شاخصه های تعاملات اجتماعی پلیس در مدیریت انتظامی پیشگیری از جرم
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: تحقیق تعاملات اجتماعی پلیس با هدف ترسیم مولفه ها و شاخص های اصلی الگوی تعاملات پلیس با مردم در مدیریت انتظامی پیشگیری از جرم صورت گرفته است. تاکید رهبر معظم انقلاب مبنی بر استفاده از ظرفیت سرمایه های اجتماعی در حفظ نظم و آرامش عمومی از یک سو و اجرای سیاست های کلان ناجا درپایان دادن به نگاه تک بعدی به مقوله نظم و امنیت اهمیت این موضوع را از جنبه های سازمانی و اجتماعی معین می کند. روش: این تحقیق از نظر نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق، با توجه به ابعاد متغیر های تحقیق از دو روش کیفی( اکتشافی) وکمی(پیمایشی) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری روش اکتشافی 10 نفر از مدیران ارشد پیشگیری ازجرم است که با ابزار مصاحبه عمیق اطلاعات جمع آوری می گردد و جامعه آماری روش پیمایشی جوانان و زنان شهرستان تهران هستند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 384 نفر محاسبه و با روش نمونه گیری احتمالی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. بدیهی است که اعتبار ابزارهای گرد آوری داده ها از طریق اعتبار محتوا و پایایی آنها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرارگرفت و در نهایت داده ها با نرم افزار Spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان می دهد که مهم ترین مولفه های فردی پلیس مانند مرتب بودن وضعیت ظاهری، داشتن مهارت های ارتباطی و استفاده مناسب از زبان بدن در نحوه تعاملات اجتماعی پلیس تاثیر به سزایی داشته است و مولفه های سازمانی مانند: امکانات، تجهیزات، منابع و مولفه های مدیریتی مانند: هماهنگی بین دستگاه ها و نهاد های مدنی، سازماندهی، برنامه ریزی و نظارت و کنترل نیز از دیگر عوامل موثر در مدیریت انتظامی پیشگیری از جرم هستند. پیشنهاد ها: پیشنهاد می گردد که ضمن توجه به یافته های تحقیق، اقدامات اساسی در تشکیل شورای هماهنگی پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم در سطح ناجا، استان ها و شهرستان ها به منظور بهبود وضعیت ساختاری صورت گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Police Social Interactions’ Constituents and Indices in Disciplinary Management of Crime Prevention
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: The present research has been conducted aiming at looking into the major constituents and indices of the paradigm of police interaction with the public in disciplinary management of crime prevention. As the supreme leader of Islamic Revolution emphasized utilizing societal capital capacity in maintaining public order and tranquility on one hand, and implementing master policies of police forces and putting an end to the one dimensional view regarding the issue of order and security on the other, one can notice the organizational and social aspects of the issue more than ever. Methodology: The present research is of applied type, and in terms of research methodology, given the research variables’ dimensions two methods: qualitative (exploration) and quantitative (survey) have been utilized. The under-survey population in the first method included 10 senior managers involved in crime prevention activities. Data was gathered through using deep interview. The under-survey population in the survey method includes the youth and ladies in Tehran city, selected through using Morgan Table. N=384, and they are selected through using cluster probable multi-stage sampling method. Needless to say that validity of the tools used for gathering data were confirmed through validity of their content and reliability through Cronbach alpha; and the relevant data were ultimately was analyzed through using SPSS. Findings: The research findings indicate that the most important individual constituents of police such as neat clothing, nice appearance, communicative skills as well as using body language properly play a prominent role in police social interactions; however other organizational constituents such as facilities, equipment, and managerial resources and constituents including coordination among civil institutions and bodies, organization, planning and supervision and control are among other factors contributing to disciplinary management of crime prevention. Recommendations: while paying attention to the research findings, some substantial measures are recommended to be taken in line with establishment of coordination council to prevent crime all over police offices in cities and provinces aimed at improving structural status.
