عنوان فارسی مطالعه کیفی طرح ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی از منظر فقه اسلامی و حقوق اساسی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: امنیت اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از حساس‌ترین و مهم‌ترین انواع امنیت، از عناصر اساسی حیات انسانهاست. تأمین امنیت اجتماعی از وظایف مهم نظامی سیاسی و دولت به حساب می آید. حوزه و گستره امنیت اجتماعی، بستگی به تصویری دارد که نظام سیاسی از دولت و ساختار و هدف خود می‌دهد. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی امنیت اجتماعی از منظر فقه اسلامی و حقوق اساسی است. روش‌ تحقیق: روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر از نظر داده‌ها، کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا و از نظر اهداف،‌ کاربردی است. منابع داده‌های پژوهش شامل کلیه کتب مطرح‌ در زمینه قرآن، نهج‌البلاغه، بحارالانوار، غررالحکم و دررالکلم، صحیفه نور، المنجد فی اللغه، ایدئولوژی رهبری و فرایند انقلاب اسلامی، قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، حقوق اساسی و نهادهای سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و فقه اسلامی است. نتایج تحقیق: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که امنیت اجتماعی متأثر از فقه اسلامی است و در حوزه‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی نظامی و دفاعی براساس حقوق اساسی (قانون اساسی) تبیین می‌شود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین دیدگاه فقه اسلامی با حقوق اساسی درخصوص امنیت اجتماعی تفاوتی وجود ندارد.

Data Included All books are presented In the field of Quran, Nahj al-balaghe, Bihar al-Anwar, Ghorar al-hikam and Dorar al-hikam, At the end consumer, Upholstered per Allah, Leadership ideology And The Islamic Revolution, Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Constitutional rights And Political institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran And political jurisprudence. Results: The results Says: the social security is Affected by Islamic law and designed in Cultural areas, Social Military and Defensive According to Constitutional rights. As well as the results showed that Difference Does not exist between Viewpoint of Islamic fiqh With Constitutional rights regarding to the social security.
