عنوان فارسی تاثیر بهبود الگوهای تعاملی زن و شوهرها بر سلامت روانی و رضایت زناشویی آنان و هنجارپذیری فرزندانشان
چکیده فارسی مقاله شماری از پژوهشگران فعال در قلمرو خانواده مدعی اند که با اصاح و بهبود الگوهای تعاملی زوج ها نه تنها می توان کیفیت و رضایت زناشویی آنان را بهبود بخشید بلکه می توان بر سامت روانی آنها و سازگاری و هنجار پذیری فرزندانشان نیز اثرات ماندگاری ایجاد کرد. در این پژوهش این ادعا مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. برای این منظور از یک طرح دوگروهی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون استفاده شد. به همین سبب 14 زوج دارای الگوی تعاملی ناهنجار و ناخرسند از روابط زناشویی انتخاب شد. این 14 زوج به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار داده شدند. آنگاه میزان سامت روانی، رضایت زناشویی و هنجارمندی فرزندان 8 تا 12 ساله آنان مورد سنجش قرارگرفت. سپس گروه اول برای مدت دو ماه ) 8 جلسه( به صورت گروهی در معرض آموزش اصاح الگوهای تعاملی قرار گرفتند. در حالی که گروه دوم در این مدت تحت هیچ نوع آموزش مستقیمی قرار نگرفت ) و در لیست انتظار قرار داده شد(. با سپری شدن دوره آموزش ، بار دیگر دو گروه در سه متغیر مذکور مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند . داده های و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی و همبستگی spss حاصل به کمک نرم افزار کامپیوتری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل نشان داد اول اینکه: بین میانگین نمرات گروه آزمایش در سه متغیر مورد سنجش ، در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. در حالی که چنین تفاوتی در گروه دوم دیده نشد. دوم: بین میانگین گروه آزمایش و کنترل در سه متغیر، در پس آزمون ، تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. سوم: بین سامت روانی و رضایت زناشویی نیز رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. از این یافته ها می توان نتیجه گرفت که اصاح الگوهای تعاملی زن و شوهرها، هم رضایت زناشویی آنان را بهبود می بخشد، هم سطح سامت روانی آنها را افزایش می دهد و هم به هنجارمند شدن رفتارهای فرزندان آنها کمک می کند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Impact of Improvement of Interactive patterns of Couples on their Mental Health and their Conjugal Satisfaction and their Children’s Normality
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Many researchers working on family issues argue that improving the interactive paradigms of could improve the quality and satisfaction of couples while affecting their mental health and relationship, as well as their children’s normality. The present article is looking into and testing this claim. For this purpose, a scheme of two groups has been used: pre-test and post –test. Therefore, 14 couples with abnormal interactive paradigm and not satisfied with their conjugal relationship have been selected. These 14 couples were randomly put into two groups: test and control groups. Afterwards, their mental health and level of their satisfaction from their life and normality of their children ranging from 8 to 12 were tested. Then, the first group was exposed to trainings aimed at improving their interactive paradigms for 2 months (8 sessions), while the second group did not have any direct training (they were put in waiting list).Having finished the training, once more the two groups were tested taking into consideration the three aforesaid variables. The achieved data was analyzed by SPSS and through using T-test and correlation. Firstly, the results indicated that there is significant difference between the average scores of the test group in terms of the three tested variables in the pretest and post-test, while such a difference was not seen in the second group. Secondly, there is significant difference between test and control group as far as the three variables are concerned in the post- test. Thirdly, there is significant relationship between mental health and conjugal satisfaction. These findings indicate that improvement of couples’ interactive paradigms while improving their conjugal satisfaction improves the level of their mental health, as well. It also contributes to their children’s norm-oriented behavior.
