عنوان فارسی بررسی جامعه شناختی عوامل مؤثر بر اعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان به پلیس نمونه مورد بررسی شهرستان بم
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر به بررسی جامعه شناختی عوامل مؤثر بر اعتماد اجتماعی بازاریان شهرستان بم به پلیس در سال 1392 می‌پردازد. مسئله مورد نظر در این تحقیق شکاف میان اعتماد بین‌شخصی و اعتماد تعمیم‌یافته در مقایسه با اعتماد نهادی نسبت به پلیس است. با توجه به اهمیت جایگاه پلیس در ایجاد نظم و امنیت به‌ویژه در شهرستان بم که در یک دهه گذشته زلزله مرگباری را تجربه کردند، میزان مشارکت نهادهای مردم محور با پلیس میزان اعتماد نهادی را در این شهرستان به شکل معناداری متأثر ساخت. در این پژوهش که با روش پیمایش و تکنیک پرسشنامه انجام گرفت، با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر به تبیین شدت تأثیر متغیرهای احساس امنیت، تمایل به مشارکت و رضایتمندی از عملکرد پلیس در تقویت اعتماد نهادی پرداخته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مشارکت اجتماعی و احساس امنیت شهروندان به صورت غیرمستقیم به ترتیب با شدت 152/0 و 274/0 بر اعتماد نهادی تأثیر گذاشته است. همچنین نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که رضایتمندی از عملکرد پلیس از طریق تأثیرگذاری بر متغیر مشارکت اجتماعی به مقدار 542/0 و احساس امنیت با مقدار 438/0 به صورت غیر مستقیم منجر به افزایش اعتماد نهادی نسبت به پلیس شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Reviewing the Sociological Factors Contributing to Citizens’ Societal Trust in Police (Case Study: City of Bam)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present research is aimed at sociological review of factors contributing to societal trust on the part of businessmen in Bam in the Iranian calendar year1392 (ended on 20 March 2013).The main issue examined in this research is the gap between interpersonal trust and generalized trust compared with institutional trust in police. Given the importance of the position of place in establishment of order and security, especially in Bam which has experienced fatal earthquakes during the last decade, the level of collaboration of people-oriented bodies (NGOs) with police has significantly affected the level of institutional trust in the city of Bam. The research is conducted through survey method and using questionnaire. Regression and path analysis is used to explain the intensity of impact of security feeling variables, and tendency toward collaboration with police as well as satisfaction with police’s performance in strengthening institutional trust is dealt with. The results of the research indicates that social collaboration and citizens’ security feeling have indirectly affected institutional trust with intensity level of 0.152 and 0.274,respectively.The results of the research indicate that satisfaction with police’s performance through impacting the social variable (0.542) and security feeling( 0.438) have indirectly led to enhancement of institutional trust toward police.
