عنوان فارسی تحلیل وضعیت حقوق خصوصی اتباع خارجی در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف:ازجمله مباحث مهم حقوق بین‌الملل خصوصی حقوق خصوصی اتباع خارجی در کشورهای میزبان است. در نظام حقوقی ایران اصل بر این است که اتباع خارجی از تمام حقوقی که اتباع ایرانی دارند برخوردار می‌باشند. تحقیق حاضر می‌کوشد به این هدف مهم نائل آید که میزان تمتع اتباع خارجی از حقوق خصوصی در ایران تا چه حد است ؟ چه محدودیت‌هایی برای اتباع خارجی نسبت به به‌کارگیری حقوق خصوصی آن‌ها لحاظ شده است ؟ روش تحقیق: مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و الکترونیکی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: در راستای تأمین هدف مذکور می‌بایست اذعان نمود که اتباع خارجی از کلیه حقوق خصوصی برخوردار هستند و در برخی از امور با توجه به مسائل سیاسی و حفظ امنیت کشور از قبیل تملک اموال غیرمنقول ، مالکیت صنعتی و ثبت اختراعات، اشتغال اتباع خارجی و تجارت خارجی آن‌ها محدودیت‌هایی در قوانین تدوین گردیده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Context and Objective: Smuggling as a transnational crime ,that typically is commited organizedly , from which a huge,important,and financial source is benefited,jeopardises the political,and economical sovereignty of countries. So,clarification of its different types and strategies to resist internationally,is of great importance.Important studied types in this article based on the subject are as mentioned further : Smuggling drug,human beings,weapons,nuclear materials,human body parts,and cultural-historical effects that for each one, a special strategy and relative police force is proposed. and discussed. Research method: The current research in view of type and target, acts applicably and in view of method and existance functions descriptively; and gathering information is done by document-investigation and taking notes. Findings and Conclusion: The obtains and conclusions: In national level, the police-force of countries as the most important executive body against crimes in addition to conceptual knowledge,and applicable different types of crime like smuggling,has to conform its struggling methods to the most scientific ,technological,newly made, internationally fit for the police; and in order to fight against different crimes more effectively ,it must coordinate with Interpol that has supportive-executive role amongst different countries ; and also it has to model the new combat methods against crime commitment.
