عنوان فارسی بررسی چگونگی آداب و تشریفات روابط دیپلماتیک در عرصه نظام بین الملل
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینهوهدف: با گذشت زمان روابط بینالمللی دستخوش تغییر گردیده و متناسب با تحول در زندگی رسمی، روابط بینالمللی نیز دگرگون شده است. هدف این مقاله ترسیم تصویری روشن از نقش تشریفات در مراودات رسمی و غیررسمی بینالمللی است و در این رهگذر حداقلهایی از استانداردهای موجود که رعایت آن در جامعه بینالملل ضروری است مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روشتحقیــق: روش تحقیق در مقاله حاضر؛ توصیفی- تحلیلی و بر اســاس مطالعات کتابخانه ای و نیز تجربیات عملی دیپلمات ها سامان یافته است. یافتهها: یقیناً گســترش روابط با کشــورها و افزایش ســطح ارتباطات با جامعه جهانی ایجاب مینماید، کارگزاران دستگاه دیپلماسی و سیاستمداران به قانونمندی حاکم بر روابط بینالملل بخصوص در بعد رفتاری اشــراف داشــته و در مناسبات خود با جهان خارج حداقل آداب و آئینی که امروز تحت عنوان کد آداب و رفتار بینالمللی مطرح میباشد رعایت نمایند. نتیجــهگیری: این رفتارها حاصل روند جدیدی از تعامل و همکاری متقابل بین افراد، قبایل، جوامع و ملتها در طی قرون بوده و در تعامل بین دولتها و ســازمانهای بینالملل به عنوان آداب و آئین تشــریفات مرسوم شده است و هر کشوری متناسب با آدابورسوم و اعتقادات خود تغییراتی را در نحوه اجرای آن فراهم نموده است
