عنوان فارسی مقایسه تأثیر یادگیری الکترونیکی و آموزش مبتنی بر سخنرانی بر آگاهی دانشجویان پرستاری در زمینه دیس ریتمی‌های قلبی در سال ۱۳۹۳: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله gte vml 1]> چکیده زمینه و هدف: امروزه بکارگیری فناوری جدید آموزشی و اینترنت در حال گسترش است. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه تأثیر یادگیری الکترونیکی وآموزش مبتنی بر سخنرانی بر آگاهی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ابهر در زمینه دیس ریتمی‌های قلبی بود. مواد وروش‌ها: با مطالعه کارآزمایی آموزشی، دانشجویان پرستاری ترم ششم تصادفا در دو گروه آموزش الکترونیک و مبتنی بر سخنرانی به تعداد 35 نفر در هر گروه قرار گرفتند و میزان آگاهی با پیش آزمون ارزیابی شد. آموزش دیس ریتمی‌های قلبی یک گروه با سخنرانی و دیگری با وبلاگ انجام شد. یک هفته بعد از آموزش میزان آگاهی با پس آزمون مقایسه شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه خود ساخته پژوهشگر بود. داده ها با نرم افزار، آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (t زوج و t مستقل) تحلیل شد. به منظور مقایسه میانگین نمرات میزان آگاهی دانشجویان قبل و بعد از آموزش در داخل هر گروه از آزمون آماری tزوج و بین گروه‌ها از آزمون آماری t مستقل استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشانگر آگاهی ضعیف قبل از آموزش بود و آموزش تأثیر معنی‌داری در افزایش آگاهی دیس ریتمی‌های قلبی بعد از مداخله در هر گروه داشت (هر دو گروه الکترونیک و سخنرانی 1 000/0=p). بین میانگین نمرات دو گروه از نظر آماری اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت (پیش آزمون: 06/0=p، پس آزمون 21/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: یادگیری با وبلاگ همانند سخنرانی تأثیر مثبت بر میزان آگاهی دانشجویان پرستاری دارد و پیشنهاد می‌گردد که این روش به عنوان جایگزین یا مکمل آموزش مبتنی بر سخنرانی استفاده شود. واژه‌های کلیدی: یادگیری الکترونیکی (وبلاگ)، آموزش مبتنی بر سخنرانی، دیس ریتمی‌های قلبی، آگاهی دانشجویان پرستاری

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison the Effect of Electronic Learning and Teaching Based on Lecture on Knowledge of Nursing Students about Heart Dysrhythmias in 2014: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Nowadays the use of new learning technology and internet are developing. The aim of this research was to compare the effect of electronic learning and teaching based on lecture on awareness of nursing students of Islamic Azad University, Abhar branch about heart dysrhythmias. Materials and Methods: In an educational trial study, nursing students in sixth semesters, were randomly selected and placed in two groups electronic learning and teaching based on lecture, each of the groups include 35 students. The amount of knowledge was evaluated by pre-test. Teaching the heart dysrhythmias was performed by lecture in one group, and by weblog in another group.After one week, the amount of knowledge was campared with post-test. The tool was used for collecting the information was researchers' self-made questionnaire. Data were analysed by Software, descriptive and inferential statistics (paired t-test and independent t-test) To compare the mean of students's knowledge scores in pre and post-teaching, it was used paired t-test within each group, and indipendant t-test among groups. Results: Results showed weak awareness before teaching and teaching had significant effect on increasing the knowledge of heart dysrhythmias after the intervention of each group (p=0.0001 for both electronical and lecture group). There was not any significant difference between the average of two groups (pre-test: p=0.06, post-test, p=0.21). Conclusion: Learning by weblog the same as teaching by lecture, has a positive effect on knowledge of nursing students and it is suggested to use this method as substitute or complementary method along with teaching-based on lecture.
