عنوان فارسی بررسی حوادث ترومایی و غیر ترومایی درمدارس شهر رفسنجان در سال ۱۳۹۰-۱۳۸۹: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله gte vml 1]> چکیده زمینه و هدف: دانش‌آموزان به دلیل شرایط سنی و بی تجربگی، در معرض خطرات ناشی از وقوع حوادث در مدرسه قرار دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان، علل و محل ایجاد حادثه در مدارس شهر رفسنجان در سال تحصیلی 1390-1389 انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، حوادث ترومایی و غیر ترومایی ثبت شده در کلیه مدارس شهر رفسنجان با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه پژوهش‌گر ساخته بررسی شد. پژوهشگران در مدرسه حضور یافته و پرسش‌نامه‌ها با کمک مدیران مدارس و یا مربی بهداشت تکمیل گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های t مستقل، ANOVAو مجذور کای تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش 153 مدرسه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد شایع‌ترین نوع آسیب، جراحت‌های سطحی، بیشترین محل آسیب ناحیه دست و پا و زمین خوردن و حوادث زمان ورزش از شایع‌ترین علل بروز حادثه بودند. دل درد و سر‌درد نیز شایع‌ترین حوادث غیر ترومایی بودند. آزمون تی مستقل اختلاف معنی‌داری بین جنسیت و حوادث ترومایی و غیرترومایی نشان داد. همچنین، بین حوادث ترومایی و مقطع تحصیلی ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید (05/0p

عنوان انگلیسی Study of Traumatic and Non-Traumatic Accidents in the Schools of Rafsanjan in 2011 to 2012 A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Because of the age group of students and their low experiences, they are exposed to many dangers of the accident occurred at school. The main objective of this study is to determine the level, causes, and location of the accident at schools in Rafsanjan from 2011 to 2012. Materials and Methods: In this cross sectional study, the recorded traumatic and non-traumatic accidents were investigated in all primary and high schools of Rafsanjan. The data gathering instrument in this task was a questionnaire designed by the researcher. The researchers attended schools for completing the questionnaires by assistance of the managers or health instructors. Results: In this research, 153 schools were studied. The findings indicated that the most common of the damages is minor injuries the most frequent of the locations occuring injury is their hands and feet and the most common of the accident is falling down the ground while they are walking or sporting. Also, stomachache and headache were the most common of the non-traumatic accidents. The independent T-test indicated a significant relation between the gender and traumatic and non-traumatic accidents. Moreover, a significant relation was observed between the traumatic accidents and educational level of the students (p< 0.05). Conclusion: Considering the high frequency of the accident among students, the results of this task offer the basic information to the schools authorities for making appropriate decisions and strategies for prevention and decrease of the incidences occurred at schools.
