عنوان فارسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر زیرساخت انکوباتورهای دانشگاهی و نقش آن در تأسیس شرکت‌های زایشی دانشگاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله این پژوهش به شناسایی زیرساخت‌های انکوباتورهای دانشگاهی و نقش آن در تأسیس شرکت‌های زایشی دانشگاه می‌پردازد. روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته است و جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان و متخصصان در حوزه مراکز رشد در دانشگاه‌های استان مازندران می‌شود. نمونه‌گیری در بخش مطالعۀ کیفی هدفمند و در بخش کمی تصادفی طبقه‌‌ای بود. در بخش کیفی، سیزده نفر در فرایند مصاحبه و در بخش کمی با حجم جامعه 304 نفر، 170 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه مشارکت داشتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل مصاحبه و پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته بود که بعد از تأئید روایی، پایایی آن 82/0=α محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و در بخش استنباطی از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش در بخش کیفی بیانگر آن بود که در ایجاد شرکت‌های زایشی دانشگاهی، چهارده مؤلفه در بعد زیرساخت شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی، یافته‌‌ها نشان داد مؤلفه خط مشی‌های سازمانی موجود با بالاترین بار عاملی (97/0) و مؤلفه جذب سرمایه با کمترین بار عاملی (59/0) از کل واریانس‌ها را تبیین و سایر مؤلفه‌ها نیز هرکدام به‌ترتیب در درجات بعدی اهمیت قرار گرفتند. همچنین، الگوی نهایی پژوهش، با شاخص‌های برازش، ضرایب استاندارد تأیید شد. میزان ضریب تأثیر مؤلفه‌های موجود در زیرساخت‌های انکوباتورهای دانشگاهی در ایجاد شرکت‌های زایشی دانشگاه، به‌تنهایی بالاترین ضریب تأثیرگذاری در مؤلفه خط مشی‌های سازمانی موجود با 97/0 و کمترین در مؤلفه جذب سرمایه با 59/0 بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors affecting in university incubators infrastructure and their role in the entrepreneurial universities spin-offs establishment
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The study focuses on identifying the university incubators existing infrastructure and their role in the university spin-offs establishment. The study adopts an integrated approach as its methodology. The statistical population includes all universities and colleges managers, experts in universities' incubators in Mazandaran Province. To perform the sampling, the purposive sampling and stratified random sampling were used for qualitative and quantitative parts, respectively.13 subjects were interviewed for the qualitative phase and 170 subjects out of 304 participated in the quantitative part using stratified random sampling. The data gathering tools were interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire after confirming the validity  and the reliability with Chronbach's Alpha coefficient which was equal to 0/82 To analyze the data, the descriptive and inferential statistics that exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were applied. Based on the analysis of qualitative data from in-depth and exploratory interviews and interviews content analysis coding while matching the consistencies, the results of the qualitative study showed that 17 components were identified in the infrastructure aspect in the establishment of university spin-offs. Considering the quantitative aspect, the findings also emphasized that the existing organizational policy with the highest factorial load (0/97) and investment attraction with the lowest factorial load (0/59) explained the variances and other components had their prioritized relative contribution. Also, the final research model was approved considering the fit indexes and standard coefficients. Considering the impact factor of the existing components of the university incubators infrastructure in the establishment of university spin-offs, the greatest influencing amount was attributed to the organizational policy with 0/97 and lowest was given to investment attraction with 0/59.
