عنوان فارسی آسیب شناسی فرایند تجاری سازی اختراعات؛ تحلیلی در سه قلمرو مخترع، محیط و اختراع
چکیده فارسی مقاله شکی نیست که شرایط حاکم بر فضای توسعه اقتصادی کشورمان لزوم تمرکز بر ارتقای سطح توانمندی­های داخلی در قلمرو فناوری و به‌ویژه تجاری­سازی اختراعات را بیش از پیش کرده است. در این راستا، آسیب­شناسی فرایند تجاری‌سازی اختراعات و ارائه راهکارهایی برای توسعه این مهم می‌تواند گامی‌ راهبردی در برنامه­ریزی توسعه فناوری در کشور محسوب شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و بررسی موانع تجاری‌سازی اختراعات و ارائه راهکارهایی در این خصوص انجام گرفته است. گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه به دست مخترعان اختراعات برتر استان یزد حاصل شده است. نمونه این تحقیق با استفاده از روش کوکران به دست آمده است. برای تحلیل داده­ها از تکنیک­های TOPSIS و QFD استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که از بین 65 مانع شناسایی و تأییدشده از منظر مخترعان، "نداشتن وثیقه و پشتوانه مالی برای اخذ وام و سرمایه­گذاری" مهم‌ترین مانع شناخته شد؛ همچنین راهکارهای "اصلاح قوانین بانکی برای تأمین وثیقه از محل طرح در مورد طرح­های دانش­بنیان" و "تشکیل حلقه­های مخترعان" مهم‌ترین راهکارها برای توسعه تجاری­سازی اختراعات برگزیده شدند.

عنوان انگلیسی Diagnosis of Commercialization Process of Inventions: An Analysis in Three Areas of Inventor, Environment and Invention
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Undoubtedly, the condition governing the economic development in our country has increased the necessity to focus on the level of internal capacity building in the technology area and especially commercialization of inventions. Therefore, diagnosis of the commercialization process of the inventions and providing solutions for expansion of this important issue can be considered as a strategic step towards planning the technology development in the country. The aim of the present study is to recognize and investigate the barriers to the commercialization process of inventions and consequently to provide some solutions in this regard. The data is collected through a questionnaire completed by the top inventors of Yazd Province. The sample is selected using Cochran method. TOPSIS and QFD techniques were used for data analysis. The study results show that "lack of collateral and financial support for taking out credit facilities and investments" are the main barriers among the 65 recognized and approved barriers by the inventors. Accordingly, "banking rules reform for providing collaterals out of the knowledge-based plans" and "formation of inventors' chain" is recommended as the main solutions for the expansion of the inventions commercialization.
