عنوان فارسی ارتباط رفتارهای غیرکلامی، پردازش و بازشناسی هیجان با علایم مثبت و منفی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای غیرکلامی، پردازش و بازشناسی هیجان در پیش‌بینی علایم مثبت و منفی بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین ارتباط رفتارهای غیرکلامی، پردازش و بازشناسی هیجان با علایم مثبت و منفی بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- مقطعی است و نمونه‌های این پژوهش 120 بیمار مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از میان بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا در بیمارستان‌های رازی شهر تبریز و فاطمی شهر اردبیل انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از چک‌لیست رفتارهای غیرکلامی، مقیاس پردازش هیجانی، آزمون بازشناسی چهره‌ای هیجان و مقیاس نشانه‌های مثبت و منفی اسکیزوفرنی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که رفتارهای غیر‌کلامی ، پردازش هیجانی و بازشناسی هیجان با علایم منفی و مثبت بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا ارتباط معنی‌داری دارند (001/0 p= ). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری نشان داد که رفتارهای غیرکلامی، پردازش و بازشناسی هیجان 79% از واریانس علایم مثبت و 83% از علایم منفی را در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا تبیین می‌کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج حاکی است که رفتارهای غیرکلامی، پردازش و بازشناسی هیجان از متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر بیماری اسکیزوفرنیا هستند. واژه‌های کلیدی: رفتارهای غیرکلامی، پردازش هیجانی، بازشناسی هیجان، اسکیزوفرنی، علایم مثبت و منفی

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Non-verbal behaviors, emotional processing and recognition play a great role in predicting the positive and negative symptoms of patients with schizophrenia. The aim of the present research was to determine the relationship of nonverbal behaviors, emotional processing and emotional recognition with positive and negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Materials and Methods: This research was a cross-analytical study. The research sample consisted of 120 patients with schizophrenia which were selected from among the schizophrenic patients with of Razi hospital in Tabriz and Fatemi hospital in Ardebil city through available sampling method. To collect the data, Non-Verbal Behaviors Cheklist, Emotional Processing Scale, Emotion Facial Recognition Test, Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale were used. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analyses. Results: The results showed that non-verbal behaviors, emotional processing and emotional recognition are related to negative and positive symptoms in schizophrenic patients. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that 79% and 83% of the variance in positive and negative symptoms were explained by non-verbal behaviors, emotional processing and emotional recognition, respectly. Conclusion: The results revealed that non-verbal behaviors, emotional processing and recognition has an infulence on schizophrenia.
