عنوان فارسی تجربه مصدومین با موتور سیکلت در خصوص دلیل بروز سانحه: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: تصادفات رانندگی سالانه باعث کشته و زخمی شدن بیش از 50 میلیون نفر می‌شوند. موتورسیکلت سواران سهم قابل‌توجهی در بروز حوادث ترافیکی داشته و بیشتر از سایرین در معرض خطر آسیب و مرگ ‌و میر قرار دارند. یکی از روش‌هایی که می‌تواند در شناسایی دلایل تصادفات کمک‌کننده باشد تجربه شخصی افراد است. این تحقیق به منظور دستیابی به دلایل تصادفات موتورسیکلت در شهر رفسنجان انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک تحقیق کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا است. شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه 17 نفر، شامل موتورسواران سطح شهر رفسنجان، موتورسواران بستری در بیمارستان و خانواده آنان، رانندگان اتومبیل با سابقه، افسران نیروی انتظامی و پرستاران بودند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته و ضبط بر روی نوار کاست بود. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به شکل همزمان انجام شده و شامل کدگذاری و طبقه‌بندی بود. یافته‌ها: در بخش علل تصادفات سه موضوع اصلی، موتورسیکلت به عنوان عامل تفریح، علل فرهنگی - اقتصادی و عوامل محیطی و فنی استخراج گردید. موتورسیکلت به عنوان عامل تفریح شامل استفاده از الکل و مواد مخدر، رقابت طلبی و نمایش بود. علل فرهنگی شامل پای‌بند نبودن به مقررات، چالش با نیروی انتظامی، فرار از کلاه ایمنی و توانمندی در خرید بود. عوامل محیطی و فنی نیز شامل هوای نامساعد، موتورسیکلت معیوب و حقارت موتورسیکلت می‌شد. نتیجه‌گیری: ایجاد و توسعه محل‌های مناسب برای انجام تفریحات موتورسواری در شهر و همچنین ارتقای فرهنگ جامعه از طریق رسانه‌های جمعی و مدارس در جهت آگاه‌سازی خانواده‌ها و جوانان از علل و نتایج سوانح می‌تواند گامی در جهت کاهش این سوانح باشد. واژه‌های کلیدی: مصدومین، موتور سیکلت، سانحه، مطالعه کیفی

عنوان انگلیسی Experience of Motorcycle Accident Victims: a Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives : Road traffic accident is a global problem resulting globally deaths and injuries more than 50 million person a year .this problem is more considerable in countries with low or moderate income. Motorcyclists are responsible for a considerable part of road traffic accidents and are more vulnerable. The high rate of motorcycle accidents in rafsanjan specially cause to a high rate of mortality and mobility every year too. studying on their own experiences of individuals is one approach for determining the reasons of accidents. This qualitative research carried out for achieving the reasons of motorcycle accidents in rafsanjan city. Materials and Methods: this was a qualitative study by content analyze approach. Participants were 17 people consist of motorcycle drivers in streets, injured motorcycle drivers in hospital and their families, old car drivers, traffic wardens and nurses. Data were collected by semi organized interviews and by recording on cosset. Data were analyzed by coding categorizing. Results: we extracted from interviews three major them for accidents reasons: motorcycle as entertainment tool, environmental and technical factors and economical and cultural factors. Motorcycle as entertainment tool consists of minor themes: alcohol and drug abuse, racing and showing. Economical and cultural factors consist of minor themes: not adhere to laws, challenge with police, escaping of helmet and purchasing power. Environmental and technical factors consist of minor themes: ill favored climate, impaired motorcycle and neglecting motorcycles. Conclusion: According to these results for decreasing the motorcycle accidents, it is necessary to do appropriate measures on creation and development suitable locations for motorcyclist entertainments, also on society culture promotion via medias and schools toward informing families and youths of accidents reasons and outcomes Keyword: Victims, Motorcycle, Accident, Qualitative Study Funding: This research was funded by Rafsanjan University of Medical Scinces.
