عنوان فارسی تأثیر دامنه آزمایش متغیرهای کنترل بر کارایی مدل سازی رگرسیون
چکیده فارسی مقاله برنامه­ ریزی کارآمد هر سیستم، نیازمند شناخت ماهیت واقعی آن سیستم است. مدل­ های رگرسیون نیز، نمودی از یک سیستم هستند که متغیرهای ورودی آن، نقش ورودی سیستم، ضرایب متغیرهای آن، نقش فرایند سیستم، و متغیرهای پاسخ آن، نقش خروجی سیستم را ایفا می­ کنند؛ بنابراین، برای مدل­سازی رگرسیون دقیق و برنامه­ ریزی کارآمد، ضروریست که اجزاء مدل شامل متغیرها، تابع هدف و محدودیت­ ها، به درستی شناسایی و تعریف شوند. از جمله روش ­های مدل­ سازی رگرسیون، طراحی آزمایش‌ها و روش سطح پاسخ است که برای شناخت سیستم ­های پیچیده، کاربرد فراوانی دارد. در پژوهش حاضر، قصد داریم رهنمودهایی برای بهبود تعیین دامنه آزمایش متغیرهای کنترل، معرفی کنیم و تأثیر دامنه آزمایش متغیرهای کنترل بر کارایی مدل سازی رگرسیون را، بسنجیم. نتایج، نقش مثبت رهنمودهای معرفی شده و تأثیر زیاد دامنه متغیرهای کنترل را بر کارایی مدل­ سازی رگرسیون، به صورت نتایج عددی، نشان می­ دهد که رهیافتی برای متخصصان مدل­ سازی ریاضی و رگرسیون، طراحی آزمایش‌ها، و روش سطح پاسخ است.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Experiment Range of Control Variables on the Efficiency of Regression Modeling
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The efficient planning of each system requires an understanding of the true nature of the system. Regression models also represent a system that its input variables, the role of the system input, its variables coefficients, the role of the system process, and its response variables, play the role of the system output. Therefore, for exact regression modeling and efficient planning, it's essential that the components of the model, including variables, target circles, and constraints, are correctly identified and defined. One method of the regression modeling is the design of experiments and the response surface method that are widely used to identify complex systems. In the present research, we intend to introduce a guidelines to improve the determination of the experiment range of control variables and measure the effect of experiment range of control variables to efficiency of regression modeling. The results showed the positive role of introduced guidelines and high effect of range of control variables to efficiency of regression modeling in the form of numerical results that are an approach for experts of mathematical and regression modeling, design of experiments, and response surface methodology.
