عنوان فارسی بررسی شیوع عفونت‌های انگلی روده‌ای در مراجعه کنندگان به بیمارستان امیرالمومنین علی (ع) شهرستان گراش در سال ۱۳۹۶: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: علی‌رغم پیشرفت‌های چشم‌گیر در عرصه بهداشتی در سراسر دنیا، عفونت‌های انگلی روده‌ای یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات بهداشتی، خصوصاً در کشورهای در حال توسعه می‌باشند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین شیوع عفونت‌های انگلی روده‌ای در شهرستان گراش می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش توصیفی بر روی مراجعه‌کنندگان به بیمارستان امیرالمومنین علی (ع) شهرستان گراش در 1396 انجام شد. نمونه‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از روش‌های مستقیم و تغلیظی فرمالین دترژنت ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: از 5100 نمونه، 172 مورد (3/3 درصد)، آلوده به انگل‌های روده‌ای بودند. بیش‌ترین فراوانی مربوط به بلاستوسیتیس هومینیس با 126 مورد (3/73 درصد) بود. حداکثر میزان آلودگی در گروه سنی 50-30 سال با 70 مورد (7/40 درصد) مشاهده شد. بیش‌ترین میزان شیوع در فصل زمستان با 63 مورد (6/36 درصد) مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: شیوع تک یاخته‌های روده‌ای نسبت به آلودگی‌های کرمی بیش‌تر است. به طور کلی، نتایج حاصل فراوانی نسبی عفونت‌های انگلی روده‌ای را در شهرستان گراش نشان داد. واژه‌های کلیدی: انگل‌های روده‌ای، شیوع، شهرستان گراش

عنوان انگلیسی Prevalence of Intestinal Parasitic Infections in the Individuals Referred to Amir Almomenin Hospital of Gerash City, Iran, 2017-2018: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Despite significant promotion in the health care across the world, intestinal parasitic infections are one of the most important and common health problems, especially in the developing countries. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of intestinal parasitic infections in Gerash city. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on  the individuals referred to Amir Almomenin Hospital of Gerash, from March 2017 to March 2018. Collected  samples were assessed using direct wet mount and formalin-detergent concentration methods. Results: Out of 5100 stool samples, 172 cases (3.3%) were found to be infected with intestinal parasites. Blastocystis hominis (126 cases, 73.3%) had the most frequency. The maximum infection rate (70 cases, 40.7%) was observed in the age group of 30-50 years. The most prevalence of parasitic infections was in the winter (63 cases, 36.6%). Conclusion:  The prevalence of intestinal protozoa is higher than worm's infections. Generally, the results showed the relative prevalence of intestinal parasitic infections in Gerash city.
