عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر سیستم کنترل کیفیت شش سیگما بر عملکرد سازمان (مورد مطالعه: شرکت نفت چشمه‌خوش دهلران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله بهبود عملکرد یکی از مهمترین اهداف هر سازمان به شمار می‌رود. سیستم کنترل کیفیت شش سیگما متدولوژی بهبود مستمر کیفیت است که با کاهش تغییرات ذاتی فرایند انجام می‌شود. از تکنیک‌های بهبود فرایند که در پنج دهۀ اخیر مورد استفاده قرار گرفته، شش سیگما به عنوان مؤثرترین تکنیک بهبود کیفیت مطرح شده است. این تکنیک باعث بهبود عملکرد و افزایش میزان رضایت مشتری می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سیستم کنترل کیفیت شش سیگما بر عملکرد شرکت نفت چشمه‌خوش دهلران صورت گرفت. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش در زمرۀ تحقیقات توصیفی - همبستگی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعۀ آماری آن نیز شامل کلیۀ مدیران، سرپرستان و کارشناسان شرکت نفت چشمه‌خوش دهلران به تعداد 400 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 196 نفر محاسبه گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها نیز پرسشنامه بود که برای بررسی روایی آن از نظر خبرگان و برای بررسی پایایی آن از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (832/0) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده نیز از طریق مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آموس صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سیستم کنترل کیفیت شش سیگما بر عملکرد شرکت نفت چشمه‌خوش دهلران تأثیر معناداری دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Effect of Six Sigma Quality Control System on Organizational Performance Case Study: Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran Oil Company
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Performance improvement is one of the most important goals of any organization. The Six Sigma Quality Control System is a continuous quality improvement methodology that is performed by reducing the inherent changes of the process. 6 Sigma has been considered as the most effective technique for improving quality using process improvement techniques that have been used in the last five decades. Six Sigma will improve performance and increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of six sigma quality control system on the performance of Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran oil company. This research is applied in terms of the purpose and in terms of the method is a descriptive-correlative one. The statistical population of this study is the total number of 400 managers, supervisors and experts of Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran Oil Company. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula, as 196 people. The data gathering tool in this research is a questionnaire. The questionnaires were used to assess the validity of the questionnaires and to assess their reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.832. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data using Amus software. The results of this study showed that the Six Sigma Quality Control System has a significant effect on the performance of Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran Oil Compan.
