عنوان فارسی بررسی تطبیقی پارک‌های ناحیه‌ای و محله‌ای موجود در شهر جیرفت و مکان‌یابی بهینه‌ی آنها با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی
چکیده فارسی مقاله فضاهای سبزو پارک­ها، یکی از مراکز خدمات رفاهی وتفریحی می‌باشند که علاوه برجنبه‌ی بهداشتی وروانی، در توسعه‌ی پایدار شهری از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردارندو یکی از شاخص‌های توسعه‌یافتگی جوامع به حساب می‌آیند. شهر جیرفت از جمله شهرهایی می‌باشد که از توزیع مناسب فضای سبز برخوردار نیست و سرانه‌ی پارک ناحیه‌ای و محله‌ای در این شهر برای هر نفر 30/1 و53/0 مترمربع می‌باشد. در این پژوهش که بر اساس روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام گرفته است؛ چگونگی توزیع پارک ناحیه‌ای و محله‌ایدر شهر جیرفت بررسی وتحلیل شده و ضمن ترسیم وضع موجود، چگونگی وضع مطلوب آن با مکان‌یابی پارک‌های جدیددر مقیاس ناحیه‌ای و محله‌ای ارائه گردیده است. برای تحلیل‌های موردنظر و مکان‌یابی پارک‌های جدید، با توجه به توانایی سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی از نرم‌افزارGISو تحلیل‌های موجود در آن استفاده شده است و تحقیق با ارائه‌ی الگوی مناسب به دنبال استقرار و توزیع بهینه پارک، در این شهر می‌باشد. بدین منظور با توجه به نوع پارک ابتدا معیارهای تأثیرگذار در مکان‌یابی آن‌ها شناسایی، سپس معیارها راتبدیل به لایه‌های اطلاعاتی قابل خواندن برای نرم افزارکرده و برای هریک از لایه‌ها فاصله‌ی مورد نیاز ایجاد شده است. آنگاه به منظور الگوسازی، با توجه به میزان تأثیر هریک از لایه‌ها ومقایسه‌ی زوجی آن‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار Super Decisionوزن هریک از لایه‌ها محاسبه شد، و در نهایت با بهره‌گیری از نتایج حاصل از تلفیق لایه‌های اطلاعاتی، زمین‌های شهر جیرفت، برای انتخاب مکان مناسب جهت هریک از پارک‌ها به 5 دسته از بسیارخوب تا بسیارضعیف تقسیم‌بندی گردید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Green spaces and parks are one of the recreational and welfare services which in addition to having hygienic and mental aspects, have a great importance in urban sustainable development and are considered as one of the indices of the societies' development .In this study which is performed based on descriptive-analytical method, the distribution status of local and regional park of Jiroft city has been studied and analyzed and while describing the current situation, its desirable condition by locating new parks at regional and local scale has been presented. For the considered analysis and locating new parks, GIS software and current analysis have been used with respect to the capability of Geographical Information System and by presenting an appropriate pattern are seeking optimum establishment and distribution of park in the city. For this purpose, with respect to the type of park , firstly the criteria effective on their locating were recognized and then converted the criteria in to readable informative layers for the software and the required distance has been created for each layer. Then, for creating pattern, with respect to the effect of each layer and their paired comparing by Super Decision software , the weight of each layer was calculated. Finally by using the results obtained from incorporation of informative layers, the lands of Jiroft city for selecting the appropriate locations for each park, was divided in to 5 groups from very good up to very poor. Jiroft city is a type of city which has not an appropriate distribution of green space and the per capita for regional and local parks is 1.30 and 0.53 m2 for each person
