عنوان فارسی بررسی و ارزیابی مشارکت‌های مردمی در توسعه‌ی پایدار محله‌ای با استفاده از مدل TOPSIS مطالعه موردی: کلان‌شهر ارومیه
چکیده فارسی مقاله  همواره توجه به مقوله‌ی مشارکت­های اجتماعی شهروندان یک جامعه در پیشبرد اهداف کلان مدیریتی از مهمترین سرفصل­های مدیریت شهری به ویژه در مقیاس کلان‌شهرها به حساب می‌آید. توجه به نقش مشارکت­های خودجوش مردمی در راستای مدیریت محلی را تنها نباید خاص کلان‌شهرهای عصر حاضر دانست بلکه شهر­های باشکوه باستان نیز برای رونق خویش چاره‌ای جز تمسک به مردمان خویش نداشتند. هدف مقاله حاضر ارزیابی مشارکت­های مردمی در توسعه‌ی پایدار محله­ایبا استفاده از مدل TOPSISدر کلانشهر ارومیه می­باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه­ای، اسنادی و بررسی­های میدانی می­باشد. محدوده‌ی مورد مطالعه شامل سه محله (ایثار، میثم و آذربایجان) شهر ارومیه است.محلات مورد نظر با توجه به 6 معیار کمّی و کیفی مشارکت اجتماعی (میزان مشارکت در اداره‌ی امور محله، مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری­های محلی، مشارکت در پرداخت عوارض شهری، مشارکت در حفظ فضای سبز محله، اطلاع‌رسانی مشکلات محله به مدیران و سطح توسعه‌یافتگی محله) با مدل TOPSISمورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.نتایج به دست آمده از مدلTOPSIS، سلسله مراتب و اولویّت­بندی محلات را در سطح شهر ارومیه به این صورت A2>A1>A3نشان می­دهد. بنابراین A2 (میثم) در رتبه 1، A1 (آذربایجان) در رتبه 2، A3 (ایثار) در رتبه 3 قرار می­گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Study and Evaluation of Public Participations in Local Sustainable Development by Using TOPSIS Model Case study: Uremia
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Always paying attention to the social participations of the citizens of a society in the development and progress of main managerial objectives is considered as one of the most important subjects in urban management especially in metropolitan scale. Paying attention to self excitation participation of people for local management shall not be considered especial for metropolitans of the current era. Meanwhile the beautiful and magnificent ancient cities, for their development and promotion had no way to rely on their people. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the public participations in local sustainable development by using TOPSIS model in Uremia. The research methodology is descriptive- analytical method and is based on library, documentary and field studies. The under study area consists of three districts of (Isar, Maysam, Azarbaijan) in Uremia city. The considered regions with respect to 6 qualitative and quantitative criteria, including participation level in managing local affairs, participation in local decision makings, participation in payment of urban duties, participation in protection of local green spaces, inform the local problems to urban managers and the local developed level , have been evaluated by TOPSIS model. The results obtained from TOPSIS model showed the hierarchy and prioritization of the districts in Uremia as A2>A1>A3. So A2 placed (Maysam) is in the first rate, A1 (Azarbaijan) at the second rate and Isar at the last rate (A3).
