عنوان فارسی ارائه‌ی الگوی بهینه‌ی گسترش کالبدی- فضایی شهر ارومیه
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از موضوعات حیاتی قرن بیست و یکم برای دانشمندان شهری در ارتباط با پایداری شهر، نوع فرم شهر(فشردگی یا پراکنش) و حومه‌نشینی یا نوشهرنشینی است. در واقع حرکتی از شهر ماشینی به سمت شهر آینده (اطلاعات گره‌ای ترانزیت شهری) و احیاء مجدد شهری است. لذا آگاهی از فرم فضایی و شکل شهر می‌تواند نقش مهمی در میزان موفقیت برنامه‌ریزان شهری داشته باشد و به بهبود محیط‌های شهری کمک شایانی بنماید. هدف این تحقیق شناخت الگوی رشد شهر ارومیه به منظور برنامه‌ریزی جهت دستیابی به یک الگوی بهینه است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش بررسی آن توصیفی- تحلیلی است. داده‌ها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق نتایج سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن، طرح‌های جامع و تفصیلی شهر، همچنین از طریق اسناد، مجلات، کتب مرتبط با موضوع و سازمان‌های مختلف جمع‌آوری گردیده است و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Mat labوExcel در چارچوب مدل‌های هلدرن، آنتروپی شانون، موران و گری برای شناخت الگوی رشد شهر داده‌ها تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که؛ الگوی رشد شهر ارومیه به صورت پراکنده است و این امر موجب ناپایداری زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و در نهایت شکل شهری شده است. با توجه به پیامدهای نامطلوب رشد پراکنده و در راستای دستیابی به توسعه‌ی پایدار و شکل پایدار شهری به نظر می‌رسد؛ روش تمرکز غیرمتمرکز (تبدیل شهر تک‌مرکزی به چندمرکزی بر پایه‌ی متراکم‌سازی و افزون‌سازی فعالیت‌ها در مراکز فرعی) با تأکید بر اصول و راهبردهای رشد هوشمند شهری بهترین الگو برای گسترش کالبدی – فضایی شهر ارومیه در آینده باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله With respect to urban sustainability, of the vital topics in 21st century for urban planning specialists are the type of urban form (centralization or sprawl) and suburbia or neo urbanization. In fact, this is a movement from a mechanical city toward a future city (nodal information of urban transit) and city restoration. Therefore information of spatial form could have main role in successfull urban planning and to help urban environment improvement. The current research aims at identifying the urban model of Urmia City in order to plan to achieve urban optimum pattern. This study is of applied type and the method of its investigation is descriptive-analytical. Required data and information was collected through the results of General Census of population and housing, urban comprehensive and detailed plans, also through documens, magazines and the books relevant with the subject and different organizations and the data was analyzed by Mat lab and Excel in models of Holderness, Shannon’s entropy, Moran and Geary’s coefficients. Findings indicate that the model of urban develpment is sprawl and this leads to un sustained ecological, social and economical and urban form. Regarding the consequences of sprawl growth and moving toward achieving sustainable development and sustainable urban form, it appears that decentralized centralization method (changing one central city into multicentre one based on centralization and multiplication of activities in sub centers) with the emphasis on principles and strategies of urban smart growth is the best model for achieving sustainable form in the future.
