عنوان فارسی مقایسه بانک بذر خاک در منطقه حفاظت شده و تحت چرا در مراتع گمیشان
چکیده فارسی مقاله تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش حفاظت مراتع بر روی خصوصیات بانک بذر خاک در مراتع گمیشان واقع در استان گلستان انجام شد. پس از مشخص کردن مناطق معرف در داخل و خارج منطقه قرق با شرایط اکولوژیکی یکسان، در اوایل زمستان نمونه‌برداری شد. در هر منطقه معرف، پنج ترانسکت 100 متری و در طول هر ترانسکت 10 پلات 4 مترمربعی مستقر شدند. برای نمونهبرداری بانک بذر خاک، در مرکز هر یک پلات‌ها، متر مربعی قاب 20×20 سانتی‌متری کار گذاشته، خاک داخل آنها از دو عمق 5-0 و 10-5 سانتی‌متری برداشت شد. نمونه‌های خاک به مدت 3 ماه در یخچال در دمای 5-3 درجه سانتی‌گراد نگهداری شدند. نمونه‌ها پس از تیمار سرما برای کشت به گلخانه منتقل و به روش جوانه‌زنی بررسی شدند. برای بررسی اثر چرا، عمق خاک و اثر متقابل آنها بر تراکم، غنا و تنوع گونه‌ای و تشابه بانک بذر خاک با پوشش روی زمینی از آمدن GLM و مقایسه میانگین‌ها با آزمون LSD انجام شد. نتایج نشان دادند که تراکم، غنا، تنوع گونه‌ای و تشابه بانک بذر خاک با پوشش روی زمینی در منطقه حفاظت شده به طور معنی‌داری (01/0>P) بیشتر از منطقه چرا شده بود. همچنین نتایج آنالیز آماری نشان داد که تراکم، غنا، تنوع گونه‌ای و تشابه بانک بذر خاک با پوشش روی زمینی در عمق 5-0 از لحاظ معنی‌داری بیشتر از عمق 10-5 سانتی‌متری بود.

عنوان انگلیسی The comparison of soil seed bank characteristics in enclosure and grazing area in the Gomishan ranglands
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of the present study is to investigate the role of protection of pastures on the soil seed bank properties in pastures of Gomishan, located in Golestan province, Iran. Sampling was done after identifying the key areas inside and outside of the protected area in early winter. In each region, one-hundred-meter transects and along each transect 10 four-square-meter plots were deployed. Takeing samples of soil seed bank, in the center of each four-square-meter plot, frames of 20×20 cm were inserted into the ground, and the soil samples were taken from the depth of 0-5 cm and 5-10cm. Soil samples were kept at 3-5 °C for 3 months in a refrigerator. After the cold treatment, the samples were transferred into the greenhouse for cultivation, and they were evaluated by germination method. To investigate the effect of grazing, soil depth and its reciprocal effect on the density, richness, diversity and similarity of the soil seed bank on the covered ground, the GLM test was adopted and LSD was used for the comparison of the mean data. The results showed that the density, richness, diversity and similarity of the soil seed bank with vegetation in enclosure was significantly greater than the grazing region. Furthermore, the results of the statistical analysis demonstrated that the density, richness, diversity and similarity of soil seed bank with covered ground at the depth of 0-5 cm was significantly higher than the depth of 5-10 cm.
