عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر قرق و چرای شدید بر تنوع و ترکیب گونه‌ای مراتع شهرستان فردوس (مطالعه موردی: ذخیرگاه ژنتیکی ترشیزوک و مراتع خادم‌آباد باغستان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از اهداف بلندمدت مدیریت در اکوسیستم‌های طبیعی حفظ تنوع‌گونه‌ای می‌باشد. با توجه به اهمیت ارزیابی و پایش تنوع گونه‌ای در پی‌بردن به نحوه مدیریت اعمال‌شده، هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر قرق و چرای شدید بر تنوع گونه‌ای ذخیرگاه ژنتیکی ترشیزوک و مراتع خادم‌آباد باغستان شهرستان فردوس می‌باشد. در منطقه معرف هر رویشگاه 4 ترانسکت 100 متری مستقر و نمونه‌برداری در امتداد ترانسکت و در پلات‌های یک متر‌مربعی بصورت تصادفی- سیستماتیک انجام شد. اولین پلات یک مترمربعی به‌صورت تصادفی و سایر پلات‌ها با فاصله 20 متر از یکدیگر و در نهایت ‌نمونه‌برداری در امتداد 4 ترانسکت و در 20 پلات یک مترمربعی صورت پذیرفت. در تمامی پلات‌ها تراکم و درصد پوشش تمامی گونه‌های موجود، اندازه‌گیری شد. با غنای‌گونه-ای، شاخص‌های یکنواختی و غالبیت گونه‌ای محاسبه شد. همچنین برای بررسی معنی‌داری و عدم معنی‌داری شاخص یکنواختی شانون-وینر از آزمون T-student استفاده شد. غنای گونه‌ای در ذخیرگاه ژنتیکی ترشیزوک 20 گونه و در مراتع خادم‌آباد باغستان 10 گونه برآورد گردید. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص شانون-وینر تنوع گونه‌ای در ذخیرگاه حفاظت‌شده ژنتیکی ترشیزوک 3/704 و در مراتع خادم‌آباد باغستان 1/928 و دارای اختلاف معنی‌دار می‌باشد (0.005>P). قرق و حفاظت باعث افزایش تنوع گونه‌ای و در نتیجه، حضور متعادل و زیاد گونه‌ها با دامنه‌های اکولوژیک متغیر، از پایداری اکولوژیکی بیشتری در مقابل عرصه تحت چرا برخوردار است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the long-term objects for managing natural ecosystems, is conserving species diversity. Considering to the importance of evaluation and monitoring the species diversity in order to understanding management practices, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of enclosure and over grazing on the species diversity of genetic cache in the Trshyzvk and the rangelands of Khadem Abad in Ferdows city of Baghestan. In each key area, four transects of 100 meters were located and random-systematic sampling 1m2plots were put along with the transects. The first plot was randomly located and other plots were laid out with a distance of 20 meters from each other and finally 20 plots were laid out. In all plots, density and canopy cover percentage of all species, were measured. Species richness, evenness and dominance indices were calculated. Also, to investigate significancy and non-significancy of Shannon-Wiener evennes index, t-student test was used. Species richness in Trshyzvk genetic cache 20 species and in the Baghestan rangelands Khadem Abad was 10 species. The results showed that the speceis diversity of Shannon - Wiener index for determining the evennes of protected Trshyzvk genetic cache was 3.704 and in the Baghestan rangelands Khadem Abad was 1.928 were significantly different (P< 0.005). Enclosure and conservation increase species diversity having more ecological sustainability comparing to the area under heavy grazing, resulting in a moderate and high presence of species with variable ecological ranges.
