عنوان فارسی واکاوی افول تولید صنعتی پوشاک کشور با رویکرد سیستمی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این مقاله شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تولید صنعتی پوشاک در ایران و واکاوی پویای افول آن با استفاده از رویکرد سیستمی است. برای تحقق این امر از ابزارهای پویایی‌شناسی سیستم‌ها استفاده شده است و در سه گام (تعریف مسئله، ساختار مدل و ارزیابی برنامه های موجود) فرآیند تحقیق ساماندهی شده است. پس از بیان مسئله، با توجه به ادبیات موضوع و مصاحبه‌های عمیق صورت‌گرفته با خبرگان صنعت و سیاستگذاران 15 چالش اصلی صنعت شناسایی شد و براساس آن متغیرها کلیدی و روابط علّی-معلولی آنها استخراج و با تقسیم به هفت بخش اصلی ساختار سیستم شبیه‌سازی گردید. در نهایت برنامه راهبردی وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت برای توسعه تولید صنعتی پوشاک از حیث جامعیت و کارایی با ساختار ارائه شده مورد بررسی و تطبیق قرار گرفت و حلقه هایی که در برنامه راهبردی مغفول باقی مانده بود معرفی گردید. در برنامه راهبردی وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت عدم توجه به حلقه های محرک سمت تقاضای بازار، عدم توجه به حلقه های موثربر ظرفیت­های خالی موجود تولیدکنندگان صنعتی و عدم توجه به سازوکار اثرگذاری تعرفه­های موجود در صنعت از جمله کاستی­های این برنامه راهبردی مشخص گردید.

عنوان انگلیسی Systemic Approach to Analysis of Clothing Manufacturing Development in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors influencing the industrial production of apparel industry in Iran and also to recognize the cause of its decline by using of systemic approach over the past two decades. For attaining this aim we have used some tools of system dynamics:, so  in this paper have been addressed three steps (Problem definition, Model structure and Policy design) with respect to the scope of study.  Due to the subject literature and the interviews done with industrial experts, 15 major challenges of industry were identified, key variables and cause - effect relationships were extracted, and simulated by dividing into seven main parts of the system structure. By recognizing the system, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade's strategic planning for developing industrial apparel production have been checked with the presented structure in respect of comprehensible and proficiency and have been introduced the ignored mechanisms.In the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the lack of attention to the stimulus rings on the demand side of the market, the lack of attention to the effective loops of the existing vacancies of the existing industrial producers and the lack of consideration of the mechanism of influence of the tariffs in the industry, including the shortcomings of this strategic plan was identified.
