عنوان فارسی بررسی اثر بودجه بر نابرابری منطقه‌ای ایران با استفاده از مدل اقتصاد سنجی فضایی تابلویی
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مطالعه در راستای بررسی و ارزیابی نقش بودجه در نابرابری منطقه­ای کشور، همگرایی بتای مطلق و بتای شرطی درآمد سرانه استان های کشور با حضور متغیر بودجه تخصیصی دولت به استان ها طی بازه زمانی 1389 تا 1393، با استفاده از رویکرد اقتصادسنجی فضایی تابلویی مورد بررسی قرار می­گیرد. بر پایه نتایج، شیب خط رگرسیون بتای مطلق منفی، کوچک و از لحاظ آماری بی معناست، لذا فرضیه همگرایی مطلق بتای درآمد سرانه استان­های کشور رد می­گردد. نتایج نشان می­دهد، روند انحراف معیار مقطعی درآمد سرانه واقعی استان های ایران با وجود نوسان در طول دوره تحقیق افزایشی است که بیانگر وقوع واگرایی سیگما است. نتایج برآوردها نشان می­دهد فرضیه وابستگی فضایی تولید سرانه و اثرات سرریز فضایی در میان استان­های کشور مورد پذیرش قرار می­گیرد. با این وجود، همگرایی شرطی بتا در مدل رگرسیون فضایی با حضور متغیرهای  بودجه کل  تخصیص یافته دولت مورد پذیرش قرار نمی­گیرد. نتایج نشان می­دهد کل بودجه تخصیصی ، موجب واگرایی و افزایش شکاف درآمدی میان استان­ها می شوند.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of the budget on regional inequality of Iran using panel spatial econometrics model
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this study, in order to assess and evaluate the role of the budget in the regional disparity of the country, the absolute beta and beta convergence of per capita income of the provinces of the country with the presence of allocation of government funds to the provinces variable's during the period from 1389 to 1393, with using panel spatial econometrics method. Based on the results, the slope of the absolute beta regression line is negative, small and statistically meaningless, therefore, the absolute beta assumption of per capita income in the provinces is rejected. The results show that the trend of standard deviation of real per capita income of Iranian provinces with increasing volatility during the research period is indicative of divergence of sigma. The results of the calculations show that the spatial dependency of per capita production and spillover effects in the provinces of the country are accepted. However, the beta conditional convergence in the spatial regression model with the presence of the total government budget allocations is not accepted. The results show that the total allocation of funds leads to a divergence and increased income gap between the provinces.
