عنوان فارسی بررسی کارکرد نهاد حسبه درعرصه پزشکی تمدن اسلامی (قرون سوم تا ششم هجری)
چکیده فارسی مقاله نهاد حِسبه یکی از مهمترین نهادهای حکومت‌های مسلمان، برای نظارت بر جریان یافتن امور اجتماع در مسیر تعالیم اسلامی بوده است. جلوگیری از منکرات و نظارت بر نحوه صحیح اجرا شدن قوانین در حرفه‌ها را می‌توان از وظایف نهاد حِسبه و فرد محتسب بیان کرد. از دیگر وظایف این سازمان و فرد محتسب، نظارت بر کار پزشکان، دامپزشکان، چشم پزشکان و داروسازان بوده است. نهاد حسبه وظیفه داشت کفایت پزشکان را احراز نماید و بر درستی عملکرد ایشان نظارت کند. این پژوهش قصد دارد که بیان کند سازمان حِسبه از چه طریق و با چه ضوابطی پزشکان را می‌آزمود و آن‌ها را ملزم به رعایت قوانین و اخلاق پزشکی می‌کرد. این نظارت توسط پزشکان متخصص در هر کدام از رشته‌ها انجام می‌گرفت و آزمونی جهت صلاحیت آن‌ها اعمال می‌شد. سوگند نامه‌های طبیبان، مهم‌ترین روش برای آزمودن پزشکان بوده است.

The supervision of the correct implementation of the laws in the professions can be explained by the duties of Hesbah and Fard Muhaspis. The duties of the organization were to oversee the work of doctors, veterinarians, ophthalmologists and pharmacists.This research wants to explain how the organization is working with doctors in what way  And they required them to observe medical rules and ethics.  This research is a descriptive-analytical and library research. The main books have been studied in the context of Husbat's discussion. This research examines the issue of medical ethics, especially medical ethics. The views of thinkers such as Zakaria Razi and Abdul Rahman Shazari and Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Qurashi, famous for Ibn al-Akhveh, have been raised in this regard. The swearing of the medical letters is the most important method for testing doctors. Today, the medical system also performs these tasks and oversees.
