چکیده فارسی مقاله جامعه­ی امروزی در مقایسه با گذشته به‌شدت در حال تغییر و تحول است. بدیهی است در چنین جوامعی، آموزش و کسب مهارت جهت هدایت موفقیت­­آمیز جامعه به‌سوی اهداف مورد انتظار، به کیفیت آموزش­ها و توانمندی مربیان در انتقال آموخته­ها و تجارب در جهت رفع نیازهای ملی بستگی دارد. آموزش­های فنی­و­حرفه­ای، جایگاه ویژه­ای در رفع نیازهای ملی جامعه دارند؛ بنابراین باید به ارتقای بهره­وری و صلاحیت حرفه­ای مربیان فنی‌وحرفه‌ای توجه ویژه­ عنایت شود. سازمان آموزش فنی‌وحرفه‌ای به‌عنوان پیش‌قراول عرصه اشاعه علوم مهارتی باید بتواند در مسیر تحقق اهداف بلندمدت و استراتژیک کشور، با به هنگام کردن مهارت­های شغلی و افزایش مستمر و فزاینده بهره‌وری در تمامی سطوح تحصیلی مهارت و با سنجش صلاحیت حرفه­ای مربیان متخصص در حرفه­های گوناگون­ در چارچوب استانداردهای حرفه­ای و شغلی، گامی در جهت تضمین سلامت جامعه بردارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Compared to the past, today's societies are changing rapidly. It is clear that education and acquisition of skills depends on the quality of training and the ability of trainers in transferring the new and proper knowledge and experiences to meet national needs and to steer the society towards the expected goals. Technical and professional training has a special place in meeting the needs of the national community; therefore, special attention should be paid to promoting the productivity and professional qualification and competence of technical and professional instructors. Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO), as a pioneer in the dissemination of skill sciences, should be able in pursuit of the long-term and strategic goals of the country and  keep steps towards ensuring the economy of the community through upgrading occupational skills and continuous increasing the productivity in all levels of academic skills as well as by assessing the professional competence of instructors specializing in various professional fields within the framework of professional  and occupational standards.
