عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش تعدیل کننده ویژگی شخصیتی تکانشگری و سن بر رابطه میان اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و رفتار جنسی پرخطر در مردان مصرف کننده مت آمفتامین
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: با توجه به اهمیت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار جنسی پرخطر در جمعیت‌های در معرض خطر به منظور طراحی مداخلاتی جهت پیشگیری و درمان، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیل کننده تکانشگری و سن بر رابطه میان اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و رفتار جنسی پرخطر مردان مصرف ­کننده مت­ آمفتامین انجام شد. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع تحلیلی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری شامل مردان مصرف ­کننده مت­ آمفتامین بودند که در کمپ‌های ترک اعتیاد شهر تهران در سال 1396 اقامت داشتند. از بین این جامعه نمونه‌ای به حجم 300 نفر به روش نمونه ­ گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسش­ نامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان، فرم کوتاه مقیاس رفتار تکانشی پنج عاملی و پرسش ­نامه رفتار جنسی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها بر مبنای آزمون همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که ابعاد تکانشگری، اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و سن همبستگی معناداری را با رفتار جنسی پرخطر دارند. مدل پیشنهاد شده برای بررسی نقش تعدیل­ کننده تکانشگری و سن در رابطه میان ابعاد اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و رفتار جنسی پرخطر برازش مطلوبی با داده‌ها داشت. تکانشگری (0/01>P ,0/48=β) و سن (0/01>P ,22/0-=β) اثر مستقیم و ابعاد اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر رفتار جنسی پرخطر داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: تکانشگری اثر مثبت و سن اثر منفی بر رفتار جنسی پرخطر دارد و این متغیرها با تشدید رابطه بین اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و رفتار جنسی پرخطر به افزایش میزان رفتار جنسی پرخطر در مصرف­ کنندگان مت­ آمفتامینی منجر می‌شوند که از دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی رنج می‌برند.

عنوان انگلیسی Examining the mediator role of impulsivity personality trait and age on relationship between emotion dysregulation and risky sexual behavior among men who use methamphetamine
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Considering the importance of identifying factors influencing risky sexual behavior in at-risk populations in order to design interventions to prevent and treatment, present study aimed to examining the mediator role of impulsivity personality trait and age on relationship between emotion dysregulation and risky sexual behavior of men who use methamphetamine. Materials and Methods: Present study is analytical cross-sectional. Statistical population consisted of all methamphetamine users men who were lived in addiction treatment camps in Tehran city. From this population a sample included 300 individuals selecting through available sampling were assessed employing Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale, short form of UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale, and risky sexual behavior questionnaire. Data were analyzed based on correlation test and path analysis using SPSS and Lisrel softwares. Results: The findings showed that aspects of impulsivity, emotion dysregulation and age had significant correlation with risky sexual behavior. The suggested model for examining the mediator role of impulsivity and age on relationship between emotion dysregulation and risky sexual behavior had excellent fitness with data [RMSEA=0.05, RMR=0.01, NFI =1, CFI=1, AGFI =94, GFI =1, χ2 / df = 1.75]. Impulsivity (β=0.48, P< 0.01) and age (β=-0.22, P< 0.01) had direct significant effect, and the aspects of emotion dysregulation had direct and indirect significant effects on risky sexual behavior. Conclusion: Impulsivity positively and age negatively affects risky sexual behaviors and these variables with intensifying the relationship between emotion dysregulation and risky sexual behavior led to increased risky sexual behavior among methamphetamine users who suffer from poor emotional regulation.
