عنوان فارسی ارتباط بین سطح سرمی پروتئین C و چاقی درکودکان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: چاقی خود زمینه ساز بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت سرمی C‏RP به عنوان عامل التهابی پیشگویی کننده و سطح سرمی لیپیدهای خون دراطفال مبتلا به چاقی مرضی و اضافه وزن در مقایسه با اطفال نرمال می باشد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بین ابتلا به چاقی ویا اضافه وزن در اطفال 8 تا 10 سال با CRP مثبت ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود دارد. یافته‌ها: در رابطه با عامل اصلی مورد بررسی در این پژوهش یعنی CRP،پس از تحلیل‌های به عمل آمده مشخص گردید که بین وضعیت سرمی CRPدر دو گروه اختلاف معنی‌دار وجود دارد به طوری که 31 % اطفال گروه بیمار که شامل کودکان مبتلا به چاقی و یا اضافه وزن بود دارای CRPمثبت بودند در حالی که این درصد در گروه کنترل صفر بود(001/0. عنوان انگلیسی Relationship between serum C-reactive protein and obesity in children
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background : Obesity predisposes individuals to cardiovascular diseases.The aim of this research is to study CRP as a prognostic inflamatory factor in children with obesity and overweight in comparison with non obese ones. Materials and Methods: We investigated 80 children aged 8- 10 years assessing obesity as case group and 80 non-obese children as control group. Serum level of Cholesterol , triglycerides , low-density lipoproteins (LDL), high-density lipoproteins (HDL) and C-reactive protein were measured . Finally the data were analysed using SPSS software, X2,t and fisher tests. Results: The results showed that there were significant correlations between CRP in obese children than non-obese children. 31% of the case group had positive CRP (PV=0.000001). Lipid analysis showed significant correlations between mean Cholesterol level and CRP in obese and non-obese children. Mean Cholesterol level in posetive CRP group was 201.9 mg/dl but mean Cholesterol level in control group was 183.1 mg/dl . (P=0.04,T=-2.1) Conclusion: This study showed significant correlations between CRP and obesity in 8-10 years old children.
