عنوان فارسی تولد زیست فرهنگ در جهان در حالِ شدن به سوی «چرخش روانی» و بنای «جامعه شناسی سیاسی روانکاوانه»
چکیده فارسی مقاله نویسنده مفهوم «جهان در حالِ شدن» را جایگزین «جهانی شدن»نموده و با صورتبندی رهیافت «زیستْ‌فرهنگ»، درصدد شرح فنون و سازوکارهای قدرت برای ادارۀ فرد و جمعیّت در قرن بیست و یکم است. به زعم وی، به موازات تکامل تکنولوژی و بسط تاریخی تمام عیار آن، حکومت بر انسان بیش از آنکه از طریق زیستْ سیاست و تکنولوژی بدن باشد؛ فراتر از آن، از طریق زیستْ‌فرهنگ و تکنولوژی روان خواهد بود. نویسنده زیستْ‌فرهنگ را امتداد زیستْ سیاست و شیوۀ نوین حکومتداری تعریف کرده و بر آن است که، قدرت با ترکیب تکنولوژی با استراتژیها و تکنیک­های پیچیدۀ روانکاوانه، «تکنولوژی روان» را برساخته و با به کار انداختن بی وقفۀ آن، همزمان به «انشعاب و تعلیق بزرگ فکر» و «بازآفرینی فزاینده در روان آدمی» روی آورده و با مرکزیت بخشیدن به لذّت بدن و لذّت مصرف، به تأسیس اقتصاد سیاسی آرشیتکتونیک (معماری گونه) و ادارۀ فرد و جمعیّت می پردازد. نویسنده،ضمن بازتعریف «امر سیاسی» (به مثابۀ قدرت با ماهیت تکنولوژیک و معطوف به روان)، حرکت به سوی«چرخش روانی در رشتۀ سیاست» و بنای«جامعه شناسی سیاسی روانکاوانه» را پیشنهاد، و دلایل و نتایج آن را شرحداده است.

عنوان انگلیسی The Birth Of Bioculture In Globecomization Era Towards Psycho Turn In Politics And Creation Of A Psychoanalitic Political Sociology
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In the present article, the author has replaced the concept of "globalization" with "globecomization" and through formulating the concept of "bioculture". The article attempts to explain novel mechanism and techniques of "power"to manage individuals and the population. The author has defined "bioculture" as a new style of governance through an alloy-like composition of "power, technology and psyche". He has argued that along with the evolution of technology and its full-scale historical development in the individuals' every day life, governing the man and his will would be more observed through "bioculture" and "psychotechnology" than through "biopolitics" and "body technology". Viarelying on theunceasing implications of "psycho technology", "power"intends to simultaneously develop "ramification and great suspension of thought" and "increasing recreation in the man's psycho". Relying on centralization of "body enjoyment" and "consumption enjoyment", power establishes a sort of "architectonic political economy" and manages individual and thepopulation. Along with redefining "the political" (as power with a technological nature and psychical-orientation), the author has proposed and then justified the need to move towards a "psycho turn in the field of politics" and creation of a "psychoanalytic political sociology".
