عنوان فارسی دموکراسی رایزنانه؛ جنبش‌های اجتماعی و حوزۀ عمومی جهانی (با تأکید بر نظریۀ عقلانیت ارتباطی هابرماس)
چکیده فارسی مقاله دموکراسی، بی‌تردید، عرصۀ عمومی فعالیت‌های انسانی است؛ چراکه انسان‌ها در این حوزه به تعامل با یکدیگر می‌پردازند و درخواست‌ها و علاقه‌مندی‌های خود را بیان می‌کنند. جنبش‌های اجتماعی که بیان‌کنندۀ تقاضاهای مردمی هستند، در همین عرصۀ عمومی شکل می‌گیرند و به فعالیت می‌پردازند. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی و ارزیابی میزان تأثیراتی است که عقلانیت ارتباطی نظریۀ هابرماس، بر شیوۀ فعالیت و سازماندهی جنبش‌های اجتماعی نوین و نیز نوع روش‌ها، راهبردها و استراتژی‌های اتخاذشدۀ آن‌ها برای دستیابی به اهدافشان دارد. با توجه به جهان‌گستر بودن اهداف، هم از منظر دموکراسی رایزنانۀ هابرماس، و هم از نگاه جنبش‌های اجتماعی جدید، و نیز با توجه به شیوۀ مفاهمه‌ای و گفتگوییِ هردو طرف، می‌توان هماهنگی‌ها و سنخیت‌های قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای را میان این دو مشاهده کرد. استدلال نوشتار حاضر این است که جنبش‌های اجتماعی جدید مانند جنبش سبز (محیط زیست‌گرایی)، خلع سلاح و...، با اقتباس از شیوۀ دموکراسی رایزنانۀ هابرماس، چه در سطح عمل و چه در سطح نظر، از این نظریه متأثر شده‌اند. در ادامه تلاش می‌گردد جنبه‌های متفاوت این رابطه، با تأکید بر دو جنبش سبز و وال استریت به تصویر کشیده شود. روش پژوهش، کیفی از نوع تبیین علّی و روش تحلیل، توصیفی_ تبیینی و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی است.

In fact, this research seeks to explore anddemonstrate the implications of Hagerman's theory of communicative rationality isthat the social movement has gone way up. According to the world wide conjecturalgoalsT both from the perspective of Hagerman's Deliberative Democracy, and newsocial movements, and also the mode of communication and dialogue, on bedsidescan be significant coordination between the two was observed. This paper arguesthat, as a new social movement, like movement for disarmament, green movement,borrowed from the Hagerman's deliberative democracy, whether in practice or interms of this theory have been affected, various aspects of this relationship that istrying to be portrayed.
