عنوان فارسی نقادی فلسفی- سیاسی قرارداد اجتماعی در نگاه روسو
چکیده فارسی مقاله نقادی فلسفی- سیاسی قرارداد اجتماعی در نگاه روسو به چرایی و چیستی یا عموماً مبانی ماهوی و محتوایی متن قرارداد اجتماعی، به‌ویژه در نظریۀ سیاسی روسو و نقادی آن به عنوان پرسش اصلی می‌پردازد. در این مقاله فرای اصل قرارداد و چگونگی و نقش آن، در پی ردیابی منبع متن (عقل، نقل یا عرف) و محتوای قرارداد(قانون و مذهب مدنی) به‌عنوان منشور و میثاق مشترک عمومی هستیم. در اینجاست که نقش مذهب و به تعبیر نخستین روسو «قانون مدنی» و قانون‌گذاری و در تعبیر نهایی وی، «مذهبِ مدنی» مطرح می‌گردد. رابطه و نسبت این دو، محور موضوعی این مقاله است. تبیین «رابطه و نسبت مثبت و همسو و حتی هم‌افزایی دیانت و سیاست، مذهب و حاکمیت و شریعت و دولت در نظریه و نظام جمهوری» در قرارداد اجتماعی روسو، فرضیۀ اصلی و هدف نهایی مقاله است. برخلاف شبهه غالب تعارض و حتی جایگزینی قرارداد اجتماعی در سیاست به‌جای شریعت، دیانت و مذهب، که منسوب به روسو است و از آن به قرارداد اجتماعی روسویی تعبیر می‌نماییم، برنمودن اسلام به‌عنوان دیانت و مذهب مدنی- مردمی یا جمهوری مشروع، متعادل و حتی متعالی و کارآمد در نگاه و نظریۀ سیاسی روسو، حاصل این مقاله و پیام راهبردی آن می‌باشد. مقالۀ حاضر برگرفته از طرح پژوهشی کارآمد و چشم‌انداز اندیشۀ سیاسی در جمهوری اسلامی و جهان اسلام بوده که به همت نگارنده در دانشگاه تهران انجام شده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Political philosophy Critic of social contract from view point of Rousseau:describes the general social contract and especially in Rousseau theories andpolitical works, considers it as a main question and replies and processes them. Inthis thesis, beside consideration of the main contract, we are looking for textresource and the concept of contract as a proclamation and general commoncovenant. So, the role of religion and according to first interpretation by Rousseau ,LAW and LEGISLATOR or legislation and in his final interpretation, civilreligion will be determined. The relation between these, are two subjective pivotand pivotal subject of this thesis. The major theory and final goal of the thesis is toexplain the positive and ipsilateral relation between faith and policy, religionand sovereignty and religious law and government in republic contract and incontract republication in political theoretical system and in Rousseau politicalsystem theory . In contrary with the present doubt ,contradiction and even thesubstitution of social contract in policy instead of religion and faith which isattributed to Rousseau , clarifying this doubt , is the secondary question and theoryand it is the partial goal of the thesis .Beside this , the division of religion tohumanity (civility or republicanism and democratic ) and inhumanity ( social andpolitic and also systematic ) and incivility are also the secondary goal of the thesis.Appearance of Islam as a religion and humanism civilian religion or republican andan influential view , theory and its system in sight and Rousseau's political theory isthe result of this thesis and its' applicable massage .
