عنوان فارسی ارتباطات فرهنگی بین المللی و تامین امنیت جهانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این مقاله به منظور تبیین جایگاه و اهمیت ارتباطات فرهنگی بین المللی در دگرگونی صلح و امنیت جهانی ابتدا شاخص های آن از طریق ارتباطات فرهنگی میان کشورها، سازمان های بین المللی دولتی و غیردولتی، جنبش های اجتماعی، مهاجرت های بین المللی و تکنولوژی های نوین ارتباطی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد و سپس موضوع حفظ و حراست از ارزش های امنیت جهانی نظیر پاسداری از حقوق بشر، تقویت هویت های فردی، قومی و فرهنگی، پاسداری از محیط زیست، زدایش تعصبات فرهنگی و صلح و امنیت جهانی با توجه به متغیر ارتباطات فرهنگی بین المللی تجزیه و تحلیل می شوند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In order to elucidate the significance and the position of International Cultural Relations in transformation of global peace and security, we should initially study its indicators through the cultural relationships among the nations, public, private and international organizations, social movements, international displacement /migration and modern communication technologies and then we should analyze protection and preservation of global security values such as: human rights, strengthening individual, ethnic and cultural identities, protection of environment, eradication of cultural prejudice and promotion of global peace and security with a due consideration of international cultural relations.
