عنوان فارسی تأثیر آرتریت روماتوئید بر عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا: یک مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مشکلات جنسی، یکی از مهم‌ترین پیامدهای آرتریت روماتوئید در زنان مبتلا می­باشد. این بیماری در زنان 3-2 برابر مردان است. مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آرتریت روماتوئید بر عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا انجام شد. روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز، مقالات چاپ شده موجود در پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Magiran، Scopus، SID و Google scholar با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی فارسی آرتریت، آرتریت روماتوئید، عملکرد جنسی، اختلال جنسی، اختلال عملکرد جنسی، فعالیت جنسی، رفتار جنسی، ﺑﺪﮐﺎرﮐﺮدی ﺟﻨﺴﯽ و کلمات کلیدی انگلیسی Rheumatoid arthritis، Sexual problems، sexual behavior، Sexual dysfunction، Sexual functioning، sexual activity و Sexual disorder تا سال 2019 جستجو شدند. تحلیل داده­ها با نرم‌افزار STATA (نسخه 1/14) انجام شد. جهت بررسی عدم تجانس از شاخص I2 و جهت ترکیب داده­ها و انجام متاآنالیز از مدل اثرات تصادفی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: 16 مقاله وارد مرور سیستماتیک شدند و در نهایت 10 مقاله با 1580 نفر مشارکت کننده وارد متاآنالیز شدند. نتایج متاآنالیز نشان داد که بر اساس مدل اثرات تصادفی، آرتریت روماتوئید باعث کاهش عملکرد جنسی زنان می­شود (001/0=p؛ 77/0-، 24/1- :CI 95%؛ 01/1- =SMD) و (0001/0>p؛ 30/2-65/1: CI 95%؛ 95/1=RR). نتیجه­گیری: ابتلاء به آرتریت روماتوئید باعث کاهش عملکرد جنسی زنان می­شود، لذا سیاست‌گذاران و ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات باید این گروه از بیماران را از نظر بروز مشکلات جنسی مدنظر داشته باشند و برنامه­های مناسبی جهت ارتقاء عملکرد جنسی زنان مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید طراحی و اجرا نمایند.

عنوان انگلیسی Influence of rheumatoid arthritis on women's sexual function: A systematic review and meta-analysis
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Sexual problems are among the most important outcomes of rheumatoid arthritis in the affected women. Incidence of this disease in women is reported 2-3 times higher than that in men. This systematic review and meta-analysis was carried out to investigate the influence of rheumatoid arthritis on women's sexual function. Methods: In this systematic review and meta-analysis, the published articles in the databases, such as Web of Science, Cochrane, PubMed, Scopus, Magiran, SID, and Google Scholar, were searched using the English keywords of "Sexual dysfunction, Sexual behavior, Sexual problems, Rheumatoid arthritis, Sexual functioning, Sexual activity, and Sexual disorder" and their Persian equivalents until December 2018. Data analysis was done using STATA (version 14.1). The I2 index was used to assess the heterogeneity between the studies, and the random effects model was applied to pool the data and perform meta-analysis. Results: A total of 16 articles were included in the systematic review, and 10 articles with 1580 participants were included in the meta-analysis. Meta-Analysis results showed that based on the random effects model, rheumatoid arthritis leads to the decrease of female sexual function (SMD=-1.01; 95% CI: (-1.24, -0.77); P=0.001) , (RR=1.95; 95% CI: (1.65, 2.30); P< 0.0001). Conclusion: Rheumatoid arthritis leads to the reduction of female sexual function. Therefore, healthcare providers should consider this group of patients for the incidence of female sexual problems and design and implement programs to promote their sexual function.
