عنوان فارسی تأثیر ارقام مختلف برگ‌توت بر عملکرد کرم‌ابریشم در استان‌مازندران
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این پژوهش اثر تغذیه ارقام مختلف برگ توت بر عملکرد کرم ابریشم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 12 تیمار («کاماساری»، «کایرو ایچی نویسه»، «کائی‌ریزونزومی‌گائی‌شی»، «تاچی بانا»، «ایچی‌نویسه»، «چکما اوها»، «یوگی‌شین‌اوگی»، «شین‌ایچی‌نویسه»، «واسه‌میدوری»، «روسو»، «کن‌موچی» و بومی) و 4 تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. لاروها طبق روش استاندارد پرورش داده شدند. در طول دوران تغذیه و خواب لاروها، صفات پیله و شفیره نظیر تعدادکل پیله های تولیدی، تعداد پیله‌های خوب، متوسط، ضعیف و دوبل، ماندگاری شفیره، و وزن انواع پیله‌های تولیدی ثبت شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر ارقام مختلف برگ توت بر اکثر صفات مورد بررسی معنی‌دار بود (01/0 P<). تغذیه با رقم «شین‌ایچی نویسه» بالاترین وزن پیله حاصل از 10000 لارو، بالاترین میانگین وزنی یک پیله خوب، بیشترین وزن لاروی در سن چهارم و پنجم، بیشترین درصد ماندگاری شفیره در پیله‌های خوب و کوتاه‌ترین طول دوره لاروی را دارا بود (01/0 P<). از طرفی تغذیه با رقم توت بومی علیرغم ایجاد صفاتی نظیر بالاترین میانگین وزنی قشر پیله وبالاترین میانگین درصد قشر ابریشمی پیله ، سبب بروز کمترین درصد ماندگاری شفیره در کل پیله‌ها و طولانی‌ترین دوره لاروی کرم بالغ گردید (01/0 P<). تغذیه با ارقام «تاچی‌بانا» و «یوگی‌شین‌اوگی» هم سبب بروز کمترین وزن پیله حاصل از 10000 لارو، کمترین میانگین وزنی قشر یک پیله خوب، کمترین وزن لاروی و طولانی‌ترین دوره لاروی شد (01/0 P<). ضمن آنکه تغذیه با رقم «روسو» نیز سبب بروز کمترین درصد ماندگاری در پیله‌های خوب، کمترین تعداد پیله‌های تولیدی و کمترین میزان وزنی پیله‌های خوب گردید. با توجه به نتایج مذکور، رقم «شین‌ایچی نویسه» به عنوان رقم برتر، و ارقام «تاچی‌بانا»، «یوگی‌شین‌اوگی» و «روسو» به عنوان ارقام نامطلوب در شرایط آب و هوایی استان مازندران معرفی گردیدند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Leaves of Different of Mulberry Varieties on the Performance of Silkworm, Mazandaran Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله An experiment was conducted to study the effect on performance of silkworm Bombyx mori L., when fed by leaves of different mulberry varieties a CRD design with 12 tratments (including Kamasari, Kaeiryo Ichinose, Kaeerizhotezomigaeeshi, Tachibana, Ichinose, Chekemaoha, Yukishinogi, Shin Ichinose, Wasemidori, Roso, Kenmochi, as well as some local varieties in 4 replications. The larvae were reared under standard rearing protocols. Larval feeding and mounting durations, cocoon and such pupae traits as produced cocoon number; good, middle, low and double cocoon number, pupae vitality, and weight of cocoon types were recorded. Results showed that the nutritional effect of feeding of leaves of different mulberry varieties were significant on most investigated traits (P< 0.01). The results showed that feeding with leaves of Shin Ichinose variety resulted in the highest cocoon weight of 10000 larvae, the highest average weight of a best cocoon, the highest larval weight in the 4th and 5th instar, the highest vitality percentage of pupae in the best cocoons along with the lowest larval period (P< 0.01). On the other hand, larvae feding with local varieties, despite obtaining the highest average cocoon shell weight and the highest average cocoon shell percentage, resulted in the lowest vitality percentage of pupae in total cocoons, along with the longest larval period of mature larvae (P< 0.01). Feeding, using Tachibana and Yukishinogi variety leaves resulted in the lowest cocoon weight of 10000 larvae, the lowest average shell weight of a best cocoon, the lowest larval weight and the longest larval period (P< 0.01). Also Roso variety ended up with the lowest vitality percentage in best cocoons, the lowest number of cocoons and the lowest weight of best cocoons. Thus, Shin Ichinose variety was introduced as the most suitable variety while Tachibana, Yokishinogi and Roso varieties introduced as the undesirable ones.
